LEGOLAND Windsor Tournament Tavern in Windsor and Maidenhead

We had dinner here while staying at the Castle hotel. We didn’t know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. It’s a great experience for the kids. The menu is child friendly but the adult selection is surprising in a good way and we enjoyed a delicious starter and main course. The kids loved the fish and chips and were raving about how the chips were outstanding. We had a birthday surprise with the dessert, which made it extra special. But none of it would have been memorable without the great attention that was given to us by our hostess Emily. She was fantastic!The food at breakfast on the other hand couldn’t have been more different. A real let down after eating dinner and having much higher expectations. Service was great and very friendly but the food needs a major improvement.

Nothing wrong, apart from the prices, which were very wrong.2 kids set menu meals, 2 adults a la carte mains (avg price), 2 kids drinks, 1 adults drink. The bill was over £90.All things considered, drinks prices were reasonable, but the food was extortionate. Easily double what it was worth.As a captive audience in a theme park, you expect to pay more and to compromise on quality, but we're talking 25% to 50% more, not double.Service was friendly and the food was fine - of the standard you'd expect from a Marston's or Brewer's Fayre pub where you go for the drinks not the grub.2* compared to what the same money would get you elsewhere. Would be a generous 4* review otherwise.Go to Brick's and get similar meals for £10 per head cheaper.

Very slow, chaotic service. In particular for breakfast, wasting long time for waiting

Dinner was fantastic. Delicious food served in a creative and fun way.Breakfast was good but not to the same standard.

Much better than expected.. Lovely restaurant with a wide variety of food. Lobster and crab ravioli was delicious, hats off to the chef … kids enjoyed the Lego chips (a great touch) and the desserts also went down a treat with the kids. My daughter was over the moon with her cheesecake topped with candy floss …Staff are very friendly, Jane was exceptional with great customer service and goes out of her way to make the kids feel special Looking forward to visiting again..

Excellent, sincere staff and excellent food. Steak, pork chop, ice cream are highly recommended

The Tournament Tavern restaurant fell well below expectation. The hotpot was grisly and has the tiniest amount of carrot in it - I hate leaving food on the plate, but I left half of it and went hungry (it was a small portion anyway). We were going to have dessert, but decided not to. The service was very bad and slow, despite the restaurant only being half full and lots of waiters. I wouldn't go here again.

the food was excellent.. they have a vegan menu.I tried the vegan burger and it was delicious 😋

Food is absolutely amazing and service is good with zero expectations. We were very impressed and surprised with food quality. You wouldn't experience this quality in any other theme parks in the U.K.

A fantastic experience. Pricey but it was actually reflective of the cost. I was expecting it to be like one of those naff ‘3 course’ dinners that you get from themed restaurants at Disney or the like but no, this was a genuinely pleasant experience. The host Jane was very helpful and charming as was our waitress Balpreet who was very helpful and wonderful with our kids. To top it off there was a magician who came to the table and kept the kids entertained between courses. Well done folks! 👏👏👏
