Luke's Dining Room at Sanctum On The Green in Windsor and Maidenhead

Cordial, rather than friendly, staff. Bar looks lovely. Outdoor area even has a pool.I get the impression the bar is a "local bar for local people" and seems to me to be a little cliquey. But that may just be an incorrect impression.

The hotel was gorgeous with really friendly staff. The waterfall shower in our room was amazing, really big with a nice mood lighting.The food was good and tasty, slight wait, however the quality of food was worth it.Very clean and well maintained.Would highly recommend for people who just want to get away and de-stress.

We popped in for a quick bite to eat and were really pleased to discover a casual japanese menu rather than your typical pub grub. Staff were lovely and friendly and they have a decent wine list. I had a cocktail which they told me was with a local Cookham gin. Will definitely return for dinner next time!

Lovely fireplace and place to pop-in for some drinks. The staff is very welcoming, in particular Megan who is brilliant.

Not a hotel and anything but a Sanctum. This is a badly managed pub with rooms, and the pub's live music - amplified to reach the entire neighbourhood - guarantees no sleep before 2.30am as the bedroom floor shakes and earplugs don't work. As for the 'Japanese ' restaurant, well - just don't go there. Really, don't. A bad, expensive joke.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karma. The whole process was seamless and we appreciated the upfront details about the restaurant opening hours and breakfast. The suite is gorgeous and such a fantastic space. The outside area is really pretty and must be idyllic on a summer's day. We were really pleasantly surprised by this place as we are fairly local but have never been before. I would recommend and we will look to return.

I have visited for drinks a few times, particularly on the quiz and taco nights which me and my friends always really enjoy. However I am sad now to hear that these events won’t be going ahead and that the menu is not changing from a more unique Japanese theme, which is nice but not to my taste. It is a shame that this is the case as I really enjoy the tacos and quiz and hope they make a return soon

I booked a night at this hotel in order to see my children living in the area, whom I'd been prevented from seeing by travel restrictions for two years. 2 days after I booked- travel bans were imposed on South Africa again and my trip had to be cancelled. I appealed to management for a refund. Giving them ample time to rebook my room. They refused out of what can only be characterised as spite.I trust that Karma will catch up with them. I would avoid them at all costs

A treat of a place, friendly staff, very elegantly styled rooms and building plus super clean. A succulent breakfast to keep us going utill dinner time. Heartilly Recommended.

Stayed in the Suite for the last 2 nights and could not fault the experience. The room is absolutely amazing and the bath is something you definitely have to try while there. Have had a couple of hard weeks leading up to my holiday so this little piece of heaven just gave me the relaxation I needed. Having spent the whole day by the pool felt like on a proper holiday. The staff is amazing and very welcoming. Thank you for this amazing experience, now I am ready for the real world.
