A cute spot for afternoon tea. It tries to be a bit fancier than it is.. It's a bit rough around the edges (e.g. tea bags instead of loose leaf tea), but the scones and cakes are excellent! We overall really enjoyed our afternoon tea here. Good quality for reasonable prices.

Loved the outlet. Fantastic service, value for money, decent portions, great taste, great selection of tea!!! Worth a few trips for the afternoon tea.

·

Absolutely satisfying and lovely place! High quality of dessert and coffee. Delicious! And the atmosphere is amazing! The presentation of food in general was fantastic, professional service from the staff and beautiful, beautiful!!!!There are many goods and pretty things on sale, so you can buy.

Precious little shop with spectacularly decorated windows that immediately tempt you to go in. They’ve won awards and rightly so. Definitely go in to get a glimpse of the inside. The crepes were hot, fresh and made to order. No crowds early on and service was friendly and attentive.

Wow! What can I say. The window was so enticing, such beautiful creations. Didn't think would be able to cater for me as gluten free, however we popped in on off chance and actual chef took me to the display and showed me 2 gluten free options. We were then seated. The decor was very extravagant, immaculate and fabulous. Some seats were reserved. It was busy but not over packed. We were given menus quickly and able to make our choices. The drinks came relatively quickly along with our food shortly afterwards. As you can see from pics the presentation was superb and it tasted as good as it looked. A little pricey but tbh I would expect that and willing to pay as a treat. Probably not somewhere you'd go just for a quick snack, but for a special afternoon tea treat I would recommend 100%. Made even more special with the Christmas decorations both inside and outside the shop.

We are regularly coming here for a coffee and cakes. Those cakes are amazing and there is a long list of fabulous ones. Yes, the service sometimes could b better but it’s just a coffee place after all! What do you expect?

Nice atmosphere. Staff are nice. But we had cream tea, and I cannot say we enjoyed it much. The scones are soft, they are difficult to chew and swallow. I do not know if it was because they were not fresh or the ingredients, but as far as i know, they should be a bit more crumbly. So, i would not much recommend how nice the presentation of the scones can look.

Definitely 'style over substance' best describes this place. Dropped in for a coffee but, our first two choices from the 'specials' coffee menu were off. No explanation, no sorry, just 'no we don't do them'. Service was average but the waitress who served us didn't seem that bothered.A expensive place with no atmosphere, which is a pity because it looks very inviting from the view outside.

·

Good decor, food looks nice but taste is very average. Not good valve for money. I guess there isn't much competition around but if you are after nice afternoon tea or coffee you may not be satisfied.

I was strolling through Windsor when I walked past this beautiful little shop, in the window was a display of beautiful cakes which had the most attention to detail. We went in and was offered a choice of seats, we chose to big armchairs in found of a fireplace with a table. It had the cutest decoration and attention to detail with chandeliers and candles. The cake I ordered was a flour less chocolate and raspberry slice, I also ordered the pash n shoot smoothie. It was fairly pricey at around £11 pound all together but it certainly did not disappointed. The cake was not too heavy but the perfect balance leaving you satisfied but not feeling sick. The staff were exceptional paying such close attention to detail with plating the pudding, serving us and making us feel welcome. They went above and beyond and definitely played a big part. The shop itself was very small and bit were sort of everywhere, but I didn't look too much due to it being not my style and far to expensive. But a beautiful little place for afternoon tea or a cake, I would definitely recommend a visit if you're in Windsor.
