Good selection of food and pleasant staff.

·

Good store over 2 floors. Just a bit smaller than the bracknell store so range is a little less expansive than there. It houses a very nice sized cafe on the first floor.

I had shared this story on the MnS website but I thought I would share it on Google aswell to give this young man as much recognition as I can because he deserves it :).So I had a really great experience with one of the guys who works here. Came in with my son and we were struggling to reach the crisps my boy wanted and I saw a handsome young man checking the temperature or something of a freezer. I had asked for his help to reach the crisps and he was so polite and such a gentlemen in his ways. He got the crisps for me and asked if there was anything else I needed help with. I couldn’t find a specific cheese, there was no stock in the fridge but the man said he works in the warehouse and thinks he had seen it up there earlier in the day. He went up to the warehouse and to my surprise he found it! After I had paid for my shopping, I happened to bump into him again and he had seen me with a load of bags and rushed over and helped me to my car and even got my £1 back from the trolley for me. I had forgot to ask for his name I think it was Ramees or something similar but in that moment he was a real angel and really made my day for taking his own time out (he doesn’t even work on the shop floor!) to help me. More people like him are needed as they are not appreciated as much as they should be but this young man cares more about doing everything he can for me to leave as a happy customer rather than his own personal interests. Ramees if you are reading this, please carry on doing what your doing, it’s people like you who make a positive impact in the world

I popped into m&s for slippers. There is no car park, but if you are fortunate enough there's on street 1 hour places. Alternatively customers can use the multi- storey, within the main shopping centre. The staff are welcoming and friendly, providing a good service. The store isn't huge, but it has a food section and a good range of products. There's a cafe and public toilets on the first floor. I easily found what I needed. There's a lift for prams and wheelchair users, together with escalators.

Visited M&S in Reading town centre this week so was pleasantly surprised to see their new 'boutique style' layout for beauty, wellbeing and homecare gift-sets and products ...Now partnering with established brands like: L'Occitane, NEOM Organics, Neal's Yard toiletries etc ...Together with their own range of M&S brands across differing price points for every ££ budget.Serendipitously, I happened to buy a pair of black velvet corduroy trousers ... perfect for chilly Winter days, only to find that 20% discount had been applied via my M&S Rewards Card so that was an added bonus!Sandra, who served me at the checkout was warm, friendly and efficient 😀 proving that service with a SMILE definitely makes a difference yet costs nothing!

I had ordered online a pair of jeans that did not fit me well. So, I visited M&S for a refund. The lady in the till, Taranjit, completed instantly my refund. Furthermore, she asked me about the product and I explained. She was very kind and recommended another style of jeans. I followed her instructions and bought it. It is amazing and like my new purchase!Amazing customer service with support and care. Bless you, Taranjit.

Large store over two floors, includes food hall. Standard M&S, but the 5 stars are awarded for how friendly and helpful the staff were. Thank you. Social distancing in place and effective.

Quality very good, as always, but sadly spoilt by lack of staff - the lady on the checkout desk had to leave her post to assist me with sizes of dressing gowns. I am sitting in dressing gown now which is magnificently warm!

I went this week with my husband and received the warmest most helpful service from the lady in the mensware department. She treated us as friends, we had a giggle, nothing was to much trouble, and was not pushy with the add on sales and offers. Well done to her and M&S for having a gem.

I went into Marks and Spencers in Maidenhead today to buy some new underwear for a dress for a very special occasion. I was having difficulty finding the right type of underwear to suit my dress. One of your staff - her name on her badge was Alison - was very helpful. She showed me different styles of underwear and seemed very knowledgeable about all of the styles that were available. Very impressed with the customer service I received today
