Mcdonald's Restaurants in Windsor and Maidenhead

One of the places I enjoy.Fish o Fillet is so tastyTable service is Great.Prices recently gone up a lil bit.Over all clean and busy.Enjoyable all the time.At perfect location when you are hungry while shopping

The place was pretty busy and the staff seemed to be under pressure (maybe had shortages) but clean and tidy. We ordered table service and the food came but the server had forgotten the dips so he said he would send another member of staff with them. This staff member didn't materialise so we had to go and get them from the counter ourselves. All the food was OK apart from one burger that was a little cold but due to the queue we decided to eat without complaining.All in all an average visit to a fast food restaurant.

There were 3 cash registers, 2 on. I saw one on but nobody at it, so I waited for whoever I assumed was manning it to come over. After 10 minutes somebody did, while the manager stood around doing nothing when I clearly needed to be served. I then waiting yet another 10 minutes trying to get my order done, which was quite literally a big mac with a fanta. The burger is one of the worst I’ve ever had, it had no taste and the cheese was plastic. Not melted at all. The fries were fine but not impressed

Probably one of the most terrible McDonalds I've visited. Food was very dry, only recieved half the order so had to go back to get the rest of the order. The staff were very unhelpful and miserable. Ask for one thing, get the other end of the spectrum. The cleanliness was terrible, felt very dirty. The toilet had a homeless man in there which wasn't ideal when taking one of the kids to the toilet. The place needs a good shake. Will avoid in future visits.

Yet again messed my order up and missed out a burger for a main meal, half portion of fries and cold food. No sauces delivered even though paid for them. Customer service is rubbish.

Completely messed up my order. No drinks at all. Phoned up to complain. All blamed on Uber. Uber blaming McD. Bottom line the whole order was undercooked. I wouldn't feed the below to my dog. I am now projectile vomiting too. Disgusting. The below is a double quarter pounder with cheese...honest!!!

People were asking for money back. Such a mess. 15 orders waiting to be collected. 15 people waiting. No orders matched anything anyone had ordered. One family waited over 30 mins, we waited 22 for 20 nuggets, a happy meal and some chips. So poorly managed. The order machines all stated take away only but there was no one serving on the 3 tills. One big mess.

Don't visit very often but have been since 1990. Cosy, simple and effective. Has what it needs for that McDonald's experience - although the locked bathroom was rather novel!

Absolutely shambles worst McDonald's I've visited ever I think. 0 star for me, No organisation what so ever, rude ignorance from female staff, cold food, place is filthy and grimy along side the rank toilets. No COVID measures what so ever needs closed down as risk to the public health! Seriously this is the royal borough of Windsor McDonald's, shocking! Wouldn't bother stepping foot in here again, the burger stall down by the river gets my 10 star for sure.

Very busy. Toilets closed. No receipt paper in the self service machine, so remember your number and hope there's no confusion. Must have been 20 orders waiting in front of ours. But took less than 10 minutes to appear.
