Nando's in Windsor and Maidenhead

We had a chicken burger, it was still frozen inside, we spoke with a member of staff and he introduced him self as a manager, a young guy with glasses, he said he can’t change it or swap it unless I take something similar price, I asked for a half a chicken which was even cheaper, still said he can’t do it , then an other guy came and said he can do it , so at the time my chips was cold as well, the service was horrible at this place

Like all Nandos the food is great. Service was good, and food quick considering it was full (right by the castle I imagine it's always pretty busy).Parking - well it's Windsor so don't get Google to take you right to the restaurant.

Going to Nandos is generally a pretty consistent experience. This was no different, so no complaints here. They could probably do with making sure the salt shakers are refilled though as ours and those of the neighbouring tables were empty meaning I had to go and hunt around for one that wasn't.

One of the staff Sabrina has the best customer service and besides her work ethic, she’s a lovely lady. Firstly , my husband confused our order and got us the wrong chicken and even if it was completely our fault, she was able to get us another whole chicken that I wanted without extra charge. Secondly my daughter forgot her Legoland driving licence there and Sabrina was kind enough to post it to our home address. I can’t thank her and Windsor Nando’s enough

Used to be great, friendly customer service. Sat and waited while 3 groups got sat ahead of us because they forgot to take our name down and told us to sit in the take our area…. Unfortunately the manager (?) was justifying the mistake versus solving it…. Left and went somewhere else….

My 1st time in Nando's and I really enjoyed it. The member of staff that was on the door was really friendly and enjoyed having a laugh with us 😊 we come all the way from South WalesTime in 12:05

Obviously good chicken! The chicken here is grilled to order. So good. I ordered medium spicey level. I didn't find it medium. It was more mild. I guess i should have ordered spicey. The mash potatoes were good. The mixed vegetable/bean salad was ok. Also the prices not be bad though!

Nando's Windsor is situated a short walk from all the shops and a stones throw from the beautiful Windsor Castle. Most people reading would have had Nando's before but if you haven't, Nando's is a Portuguese style restaurant. Select your food from the menu, add sides, choose a spice and a drink and wait a short time for your food.There are plenty of chicken dishes, my favourite being the half chicken medium spiced with garlic bread and peri peri chips. Very filling indeed! They have also steak now as well as vegetarian dishes available to choose too. There is a large selection and you will be able to find something you like with no problem. If in doubt speak to the team there when you go up to order at the counter. If you like spice, try the Vusa Sauce, that will get your taste buds tingling!One of my all time favourite restaurants, simple methodology but very filling food indeed!
