Papa John's Pizza in Windsor and Maidenhead

Would not go to this place if I was starving! I live above them and you see everything they do at the back of the shop it's disgusting! They have no hygiene touching there privates whilst holding utensils, spitting around the back of shop smoking and rubbing beards totally disgusting

Great take away only. My personal favourite pizza in the area. Clean premises and online booking is simple. Thanks Papa!

Hi all just to let you all know my first hand experience of visiting this Papa John's Pizza l heard an Asian in red T-shirt shouting at a customer who was inside. l could hear and see the high rated spitting employee with his hands raise high confronting a customer this is appalling what managerial skills has he got none. Could not resolve the issue lasting more than 10 mins l walked off would not recommend visiting or placing an order. there Staff do not know how to park their vehicles taking up two spaces. Wow GROSS this is the worst Papa John's I have ever had. All toppings and under a thick layer on cheese which also made the pizza dough raw. Not that we had much most of the pizza was just cheese. The wedges where not cooked and also covered in a huge amount of cheese. The staff at this place do not know what they are doing and are in need of training. This store really bad for the Papa John's brand. I think I'll stick with Domino's from now on. Look at my photos compared to the website

Papa John's does the best pizza - hands down..... but this is the worst Papa John's ive ever used.They have yet to get an order correct with huge mistakes like sending chicken wings instead of Cauliflower wings for a vegetarian to annoying small mistakes like sending the wrong sauces ordered.One thing is always certain, they never delivery on time and the driver is always no more than 5 minutes away 🙄

I am over from Australia and we ordered takeaway pizza. I had the Greek and it was the best I have tasted in a long time. My family choose differently and enjoyed theirs. The chocolate brownie was absolutely divine. Will definitely have their pizzas again. 😀😀💛💛

Tried to order on just eat but didn't quite have enough money in my account. So I called the restaurant and spoke to the most lovely and helpful person. His name was Cameron and he was happy to split the payment between card on order and cash on delivery.Super duper helpful and kind and helped me with my problem with so much care for customer satisfaction.Lovely guy, 5 star serviceTHANK YOU

Terrible service - we were promised a 40 min wait time, recieved our pizza in 1 hour 30 minutes. We were very hungry and expected pizza to be a “fast” food - instead it took ages to arrive and we got no explanation or compensation.The actual pizza was alright, no complaints about food quality. Please improve your service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT! !! This has happened to us twice now, that we placed an order around 8 pm via app, our payment gone through and we also got confirmation on app. But no delivery till 9.30. We are calling the restaurant but nobody picked up. The other papa John restaurants in nearby area weren't acknowledging or helping us out to get in touch with branch near us. We ended having no pizza delivered that night.

Absolutely rubbish. Got delivered a half made pizza. They suggested we eat it like that with a free one next time!So requested new delivery. Hour and forty five minutes later I rang. Was told it was on the way, ten minutes ETA. 25 minutes later I turn up at their shop. Was told they forgot to make it!BTW, if you pay online, you can only get refund from main office.Think they must be partnered with United Airlines. Never AGAIN.
