Pizza Hut in Windsor and Maidenhead

Order was on time and still hot when delivered.

If there was an option of giving a 0 star I would have given thatTerrible service.. I have ordered pizza multiple times from this store but never have they ever delivered pizza before 50 mins.. every single time there driver gets lost finding my home.. every single time he puts a wrong post code.. if you call the store they are not even courteous enough to apologise for the delay.. pathetic service.. my pizza turns a cold bread every single time.. £20 goes to garbage..I’ll never order from this store again..

Service was a bit slow but the pizza was as good as anyone expects from any Pizza Hut.Limited car parking out front but as we were in Legoland hotel was worth th 1.8 mile drive for three pozzas at the same price of 1 in Legoland.

We haven't been happy with rival pizza companies recently. We loved this pizza and sides every time and what's more, you get rewards and can claim free food. Works out good value. Only downside is no garlic dip available but it's so tasty I'm not surprised! Keep up the good work Pizza Hut Windsor!!

Very poorly organised. First our order was delivered to the wrong address (driver error)I called in, guys in the phone were good and apologetic, decided to re-make my order and deliver it ASAP. After 2 h we had our food but this time the side dish was wrong. It was the first and the last time I ordered pizza from there. I will stick to Papa John's always perfect

Pizza from this branch is hit/miss. Mostly miss tbh. Pizza & garlic bread often arrives half done. And when I forget the bad experiences I I order again & am reminded why I'm reluctant to order from this branch

Rude manager Wasim, completely damage the reputation of Piza Hut. Very rude and incompetent . Poor Customer service. As a big fan of Pizza Hut , henceforth I will use other company.

Regular customers here... the last pizza wasn't to expectations so they simply changed the order and 're delivered me a fresh pizza no questions asked. Great service!!!!

I normally go to Dominoes but I thought I'd try these guys. Any pizza, any size 7.99 collection only. I got a Super Supreme it was bloody lovely!! I may well have been converted.. I can't recommend it enough 5*****!

Tuesday afternoon, ordered two pizzas and gave them approximately two hours notice. Timed delivery for 3:15pm They confirmed immediately. At 3:33pm I rang them. "one or two minutes" they said. 15 mins later I called again, "He's just leaving, we are very busy" Alex said. I told him his lies were unacceptable and to cancel the order as I could not trust a thing he said, "You can't cancel" he said. I told him to cancel the order again. They finally tried to deliver 45 minutes late. I refused delivery and went back to cooking my meal. I emailed demanding a refund, no reply, I filled in the online complaints form, came back "undeliverable!". I send another complaint to customer services, ignored. Waiting for the charge to show up on paypal so that I can dispute it. This delivery "service" has no idea about "service" and will clearly say anything and lie through their teeth to fob people off. AVOID. I see from every previous review my experience is typical.
