Prezzo - Windsor in Windsor and Maidenhead

Lovely food, wide menu choice, friendly helpfull staff, good service as we were going to the theatre. Would recommrnd .

Emma delivered us a great customer service and recommended us good food. She is a lovely lady and made sure we enjoyed the food. Enjoyed the atmosphere too. Will be back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Terrible restaurant. Just minutes before us an entire family walked out due to poor service. Would not honour a voucher and blamed it on Tesco and said they would call the police if we didn’t pay. If you are part of the scheme take accountability.As you will see from my profile it’s not often I write a bad review but I’ll make an exception here. Bad food, bad service, bad business - no wonder the business is sinking.

Enjoyed lunch here with friends. Value for money and nice food. The girls enjoyed their Prosecco!

Ordered Prezzo via Deliveroo because I was too lazy to walk to Sebastian’s for a takeaway collection. Definitely didn’t have high expectations but omg did a six year old aspiring chef make my order? My mind is so blown my the quality of food that I don’t have the mental capacity to realise I’ve just wasted £70.

Great location in Windsor, facing the castle, the staff is very kind and open to personal request like a slight change to recipes.The restaurant looks clean and well looked afterThe food is good, however overpriced quite a bit.Overall a good experience.

Service good. Food was incredibly basic and I had to send my pasta dish back as it was served cold. The waitress did apologise and explain the mix up but everyone else at the table had finished eating so I was put off my meal. There was no goodwill offer made either! I don't think I'll be going back.

Huge well done to the staff at Prezzo in Windsor. Staff were welcoming, helpful, friendly and very efficient! On a busy Friday lunchtime they worked hard to seat as many people as they could and either gave customers another time to come back or those that were in a hurry, suggestions of alternative restaurants. Food was great and served quickly. Would highly recommend.

Disappointed by food. Even Not good Margherita Pizza.Coffee was good. Staff was good.Its near Windsor castle so good to dine in but I think asian people will not love it.Of course vegetarian people will not find more choices in this.One thing was good they allow us to spread more cheese on our food items.
