Refuel in Windsor and Maidenhead

Varied reviews of this petrol station but in the main probably one-offs for the more negative comments as I have always found staff courteous. Unfortunately, twice now, I've had to wait for a scrap metal truck loading metal over a fence... nothing to do with the garage but blocking the car wash entrance. OK so it's really convenient for them to park up in the access to the car wash but selfish as they have access on the other side!

Well all I can say is BUYERS BEWARE health and Safety not been followed in terms of hot food, long hair no gloves occasional hair and face touching. A RECIPE for DISASTER

Used their Drive through car wash and it barely clean my car , what a waste of money worst car wash in the area, not to mention unprofessional staff. avoid

Just about get the truck in here to diesel up always found the staff friendly and polite well stocked shop toilets clean enough 👍🏻

Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff. I needed help with something quite simple and they out right refused and when I was upset and in a panic they told me off for being aggressive, unable to distinguish the difference between desperation and panic vs aggression.

Always closed. Staff seems having party by putting cones. Utterly un reliable. Previous reviews mention same thing. Dont bother coming all the way to be welcomed by red cones. P.S. watch owner will reply with generic copy paste apology message.

Car wash is terrible. Seems there has been no wax twice. Car left wet and soap suds on the car after wash. Refund process is not great.

I drive past this place every evening from work between the times 6pm-8pm. They always have cones blocking the entrance to suggest they are closed at this time...?! The one time they did not have the cones in the way myself and other drivers pulled in and tried to fill up but the pumps were not working. One gentleman walked up to the door to go in to see what was happening but it was locked so went up to the payment window and there were two staff members inside at the till by the window. They ignored the gentleman as he tapped the glass and had asked “excuse me?” They just continued chatting to each other next to the window. That gentleman gave up and left however, another went up to the window - again the staff ignored for a while but eventually just turned and said they had no petrol so they were closed. Don’t bother with this petrol station. It is worth no effort at all.

Terrible Petrol Station. On numerous occasions they only except cash, and nearly every time in recent weeks they have not been accepting nectar.They are more than happy to let you fill up with £50 worth of fuel and then tell you that nectar isn’t working, they never inform you before filling up.The place is poorly run and no signs of improvement.

Good garage and average prices. Friendly staff. The car wash is good but is a little ruff with cars I would suggest avoiding it if you have a fragile car.
