The store has an issue with opening checkout tills (not self service) before 0900. I have complained to head office 3 times who say it is not company policy. They also have contacted the store manager to advise of the complaints. It appears to be the store managers personal decision. Obviously not a customer friendly action and a poor presentation for Sainsburys overall in a service environment.

Lloyds pharmacy staff have a very bad attitude. If you can't be compassionate and caring you shouldn't be in any role that has contact with medicine. Prescriptions may not seem that important but for those who are taking meds that keep us alive, it is

Very disappointed that you can no longer try clothes on in this store . I wanted to purchase 2 swimsuits but as I could not try on I never purchased. I would have had to buy them drive home to Windsor try them on and if they didn't fit drive all the way back. With petrol prices going up surely it would be wise to open changing rooms.

Like other reviews a very bad parking setup. Multiple levels up in a multi storey.£1.30 in a pay and display machine that froze when I tapped my card. This is only refundable if you spend over £15 in store.A large multi storey car park which is mostly empty. In the end I drove out and found street parking and walked to the storeWhy not have free parking, or a lesser chargeable amount refundable on a smaller spend, say over £5 or £10? Plus ticket machines that work. The Taplow store down the road has free parking, I'll shop there in future.

Pretty good store with decent quality food. Much better than that horrible Sainsbury in Taplow. The only thing that let's it down is the god awful car park.Parking involves driving up to the third floor up at least 6 curved ramps. The turning circle on my car just about makes it on full lock.Once you're up there, guess what? You then have to go all the way back down to the ground floor with your trolley via escalators! Why???!!!! Why not put the shop on the same floor as the car park? Why make us drive all the way up and then scoot all the way back down, then go all the way back up with shopping and then back down those ridiculously tight ramps? WHY?OK so the car park and shop can't coexist on the same floor as there's not space for both, but then why not place the car park on the ground floor instead of the shop? That way there's easy parking and then just have to get your trolley up and shopping down once. The parking experience mars an otherwise decent shop... enough to convince me to go to Tesco instead which is a shame.

Fairly organised inside and staff are friendly, there is also an argos inside close by to the home range. The place does look a bit tired around the entrance of the store, the parking is also a bit of a pain. Often go to the Sainsbury in Taplow for that reason alone.

A go to place for my daily essentials. The organised labels makes it easy to find the different sections and the checkout is also very easy. Has the Llyods pharmacy inside as well as well as a counter for all your daily supplement needs.

Convenient as it is close to the town centre. Paid car park, but refunded when shopping over 15 pounds. Sundays are free.Has a currency exchange too. Overall GVery good shopping experience.

Personally, I found it difficult to figure out where to park (what level), then I couldn't find the entrance to Sainsbury's itself ...and once in the store I also needed Argos (which I spent 15 minutes looking for too). I'm not from the area and this was the first time visiting, so maybe if I was used to it, things might have been easier ?

Absolutely atrocious car park situation. No meaningful signs made it difficult to find the store entrance through dirty stairs and disgusting lift. Finally managed to do a bit of shopping then, trying to find my car, got stuck in a different dirty stairwell with several locked fire doors. The very last door thankfully opened, then had to walk through the car park using the ramps saying no entry to pedestrians, to find my car. Absolutely traumatised and will never, ever go back and would have given zero stars if possible.
