Scotts Fish & Chips in Windsor and Maidenhead

Scott's Fish and Chips is a lovely place to order traditional English food Fish and Chips.We ordered two portion of Fish and Chips. We had selected cod option. It looks fresh which obviously is the best thing. Chips looked like home made which is another best part. We enjoyed it. We liked it. The price was reasonable. It's value for money. The location is great.I recommend this place.

Brilliant shop with a 1000 and 1 things I didn't realised I needed to help with my Diy.Plenty of great work and leisure clothes, household goods, stationary, plants etc.A great 1 stop shop.

We ordered fish and chips from scotts on some occasions and it always had been good. This time we ordered fish and chips on 28th August. Fish was good but chips had traces of grit in all three portions that we ordered . Also the curry sauce tasted as if it had been watered down. I wonder if it is down to new staff or ownership.

After our JustEat order failed to go through, we cancelled it but Scott's were amazing and bought the delivery to us themselves! Thank you so much for a good service. We paid cash and got extra chips so thanks again! ☺

With Good Friday coming up, I thought I would do some food tasting because we will be having a small garden dinner gathering so fish & chips needs to be on point.Well I tried Scotts and I have to say all that hype was a disappointment!Fish was very greasy, didn’t smell very nice either, rather unusual off smell! Chips were dry and looked as if they were sitting around for a while! Still making my stomach turn! This has put me off fish & chips, I think I will have to re think the dinner menu for my guest on Friday.So disappointed!!

Excellent fish and chips. We come here regularly. We also had a minor issue with our Just Eats order and to resolve it, the lady manager came and delivered the corrected order herself. This is real customer service!

Scott’s is by far the best fish and chips that I’ve ever eaten. Every time I come home to visit we have to eat there numerous times. My husband a die hard Texan tells everyone who might visit Windsor to make the trip. It’s worth it. Thanks for your great service and lovely staff.

Fabulous fish with incredibly tasty classic chips. A really satisfying and enjoyable feed of food, the batter was amazing, obviously using good and hot oil.I really enjoyed this food, esp at this time and felt the cod was so tasty.

Very friendly staff and good quality cod and chips. The regular sized portion was very generous and the kids meals come in novelty boxes to make them feel special and includes a juice. Great value traditional English take away at its best!
