Great location good iced coffee and blueberry cake, sat outside in the sun listening to the changing of the Guards, relaxing

I had ordered Starbucks via Just eat and the order was partly delivered due to the drivers hastiness.Went to Starbucks Windsor to pick up the part order and met Tom who not only was very apologetic but even redid the order and gave it to me. I I requested to order something else whilst I was there but as a goodwill gesture did not charge me for it.Not writing this because he dint charge me for the extra but complimenting for his humble respectful gesture 5. star Tom and thank you very much indeed a kind man.

Webhad a greatvdaynput in Windsor. I stopped for some lunch. Food was good even though selection was limited. Only downside dogs were allowed in. Now i was with 3 children, and this was a large waist heigh dog with no muzzle. I love dogs but I don't believe this dog should have been allowed in the store with owner. Only downside.

The man serving was rude and did not care to listen. He told me they didn't have the shortbread I asked for even though I could clearly see them in the display window. My friend ordered a panini, the server didn't say when it was ready and so it sat on the side and went cold.Seems like they can't be bothered to be there.Third time visiting the store and each time we have the same experience. Thank god I found a Costa instead.

I ordered a decaf latte. I cannot drink caffeine it will make me I’ll. this is what arrived. When I called them they hung up. I called back they were rude, said it wasn’t their fault then laughed because my latte was sat in the store getting cold!!! How disgusting.

Great Starbucks. The taste of the coffee is so good. I would definitely come here more often! Plus, the staff are nice. 10/10

Excellent customer service, amazing coffee and brilliant team of baristas always making the best tasting coffee and with a smile on their face. The store is usually very busy when we go, but the staff always go above and beyond to keep it clean and tidy, serve everyone quickly and make really tasty drinks.

Wow just wow. The team are just amazing. hard working team who never seem to have a break. Dan and Tom are just the best coffee makers I've ever had the pleasure of consuming ;D

The Starbucks marks on door to close at 16h but at 15:40 a guy at the door already started rudely tell you to get away. Very very rude! The coffee on the opposite in the donut shop is also quite good. And of Course, serviced in a way very kind and polite.
