Bring a packed lunch. 20 minute wait. Cold, overcooked £11 burger and fries. Tastes like cheap meatballs from Lidl. The kids chicken was cold but much nicer than the burger.

Ordered 3 burgers and chips at this legoland restaurant. Girl who served was very helpful as well as her colleagues, but the place was heaving so our order took at least 30 minutes to arrive. They gave some free items to apologise. The youngsters working in there tried their best to cope, I hope they get paid well....

Lukewarm burgers, lettuce was still soaking wet so made everything damp, tired to eat it but it was horrible so thew it away. I would have rather stayed hungry and set fire to £30

As the prices go this was quite expensive but that is to be expected at any theme park. I've eaten in other outlets at Legoland and this is by far one of the better ones! The portion sizes are reasonable and more filling than the like of any other burger chain restaurants! Pretty good and quite filling!

The cheeseburgers are great with bacon but they need a sauce as they can get a bit too dry (I add ketchup to it) The portions are generous and the staff are friendly. Can get busy so get there early to grab a table but the turnover is quick. They do a vegan option too.

If you want a server touching your food after repeatedly scratching his behind this is the place to eat. I'm pretty sure I saw every customer returning due to missing items wrong items etc. Vile place.

Soggy burgers and not many chips. No healthy soft drinks for kids unless you want water...it's all fizzy pop. Very pricey for what they serve up.

OMG! Never have I ever, ever seen such sloppiness. In fact I've never had to complain so loudly.Where to start... Ordered just shy of £50 worth of food (6 of us), first of all the young lady bagging the food pulled her mask down, wiped her nose with her hand, pulled up her mask back up, before proceeding to pick up the packets of fries, scratching her nose in between. Didn't wash her hands, so when she gave me my order I asked her to replace it and wash her hands. Didn't really seem to understand my reasons behind it, so I had to be a little more direct. We then get to the table to find half the order missing, so back and forth I go.The food was over cooked, and by the time I sorted everyone else's food out, it was cold (see photos), so was thrown away after a few bites.Thankfully the guy working in the lobby was pretty good, as was the team leader (Milo), who provided a refund. That being said the cleanliness of the restaurant area leaves a lot to be desired.Thankfully due to the time of year it wasn't busy, but I'm a little concerned that the 'already' poor standards shown would be a heck of a lot worse in the peak season.Won't be eating here again.

XL Bacon Burger is a beast! 🍔 😋The restaurant was very clean, service was very good and the seating was plentiful whilst being well spaced out.Could be a little cheaper but the price is on a par with any other theme park.

The burgers was really bad. The meat was so dry and smell bad. The tomato was not fresh. We can’t finish it. Onion wing was not crispy. The only eatable thing is the fries. The coke was soso too. Don’t go this restaurant
