"Looking for a restaurant in Old Windsor? Come and savour classic pub favourites with our own unique twist, The Oxford Blue brings you fine dining in a country pub. The pub dates back to the 1800’s and was originally two game keepers cottages, it was then converted into a traditional Inn and has served the local community ever since, in a number of different guises. The Chef Proprietor, Steven Ellis, has spent the last 10 years developing his skills at some of the top restaurants in the country. A large portion of his career has been working under Clare Smyth MBE, at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, London. Steven’s food carries a heavy English influence which was born during his time working with Andrew Pern at the Star Inn, North Yorkshire."
