Lovely friendly pub, good Guinness

New open mic Monday evenings was good. Nice courtyard seating area.Nice tiled exterior but lacks a "warm" feel inside due to the sparse furnishing. Would recommend this place for somewhere bit different. Will start going there more regularly.

A fantastic well run English pub with good food. The landlord Graham is everything you want in a landlord. Definitely recommend

Omg where do I start friendly staff. Good selection of beers, good honest food and a Sunday roast to die for. To top it off Garham the landlord very professional top end chaps

Great effort during this difficult time. Great food on offer by Rolling Dough. Really worth a try. Vegan burgers that are incredible and some great unique pizza choices from a stone oven.

Warm staff, cold beer, house wine is much better than at most pubs. Regular Pub Menu PLUS an interesting selection of African dishes. I enjoyed chicken livers, especially after adding mustard.Small screens inside for sports watching though there are plenty of them & I believe there's a projector & big screen outside.I enjoyed my visit, staying longer than intended.

With all the atmosphere of a traditional local English pub, the people and pets makes this one of our favourites. Talking over a pint, watching the footy with friends or sitting in the outside garden enjoying the sun... this place draws us back in every week. New owners doing a great job!

Great place, friendly staff, and a pretty backyard with plenty of seating. The Sunday Roast is fabulous (!), and lots of other specials offered as well.
