The Windsor Lad Harvester in Windsor and Maidenhead

Food was good the kids steak meal my 9 yr old ordered was tiny! More suited to an under 5. Service while friendly enough was poor to the fact we was there towards the end of the evening (arrived 8.30pm) and staff were far more interested in cleaning up and getting finished than the customers! We found it hard to get anyones attention as they were just rushing about cleaning up, by the end we didn't even get deserts we just felt like we overstayed our welcome! Which at 9.30pm is a bit much

Lovely serivce and staff. Was welcomed as soon as I walked in by a very friendly blonde woman. Deciced to eat outside as the weather was great, the bar team was a joy and made sure to take care of us while being busy inside. 5/5 stars!

Not only I wasn't wowed by the pub itself, but I definitely couldn't recommend following a car parking issue and very bad experience with the manager. I had made an honest mistake of not realising you had to register your car details on a screen hidden away on the bar, and received a fine through the post. When I spoke to the manager about it I was properly lectured whilst he offered to make an appeal on my behalf. He never did it and I received a reminder a few weeks later for twice the cost.Thankfully the car park company was more understanding and cancelled the fine after my appeal.All it would have taken for me to rate this higher would have been: keep your promise if you say you are appealing on our behalf, don't lecture your customers, remind people nicely whilst they order drinks to register their car rather than expect people to read through all the posters as they enter the premises (who does that??!).

WOW! Is this the renaissance of the Harvester chain?! Food great, Staff helpful and friendly. A few years ago, the Harvester chain lost its way with quality, and puts off. We happened to be in the area, as we were taking my daughter and grandson to Legoland, and thought we'd give it a go. Really pleasantly surprised how good everything was. I can't say we'll done to the Harvester group, as my experience was at the Windsor Lad....so a big thank you to the Manager and staff at Windsor Lad, for a lovely evening....and my appreciation is reflected in my score.

A really lovely family meal out to end our day. Very tasty food and a great waiter - Damion. He was very attentive and remembered our drink order second time round. The pudding was very yummy! Thank you for filling our hungry bellies with some yummy food. Definitely recommend!

They forgot about certain food items that were ordered and when we let them know, they gave us rude and abrupt answers. Food was all either oven/microwaved and was very bland.The lady behind the bar was helpful and took our order correctly, there must've been a mixup in the kitchen but the manager who we spoke to regarding our missing food items was unfortunately very rude.

Awful customer service. Waited over an hour and a half for food on Saturday 19th February. They got our orders incomplete, was missing a starter. I ordered first my food came last at the bar area and the lady was aggressive when she came over. No apologies, she was very defensive and said..."All tickets for food are given at different times so I can't advise you when it will come" and walked off.She may have been the manager but made everyone uncomfortable at the table and was very rude. She ruined our meal.Will not be returning to this Harvester. Such a shame as it was going well until the staff were rude and not friendly.

Not the first time coming to the harvester and definitely not the last! Food was amazing well done to the chefs for the perfect cooked steak! Waitress was really polite and served us our salads. Great experience all round

Nice harvesters, with easily available parking and great food. Whilst the salads bar (what I come here for) has a limited selection due to covid and non self serve that is understandable.I just wish they would label their plates to include the number of fat carbs etc, and similarly the salad sauces so ones counting their macronutrients can make an informed decision

Excellent food and service from this Harvester. Samie, our waitress, was very kind, attentive and professional. Will definitely be going again.
