Viceroy in Windsor and Maidenhead

Average at best. Waiter Service was poor. Food was average. Cost was high. Would I go again? No.

Had a family dinner at this restaurant on a Sunday evening. Having experienced many Indian restaurants, this was by far a let down. The curries were really bland although the portions were reasonably alright for the mains. Also, the staff were not at all welcoming which did put us off a little. I would probably recommend other Indian restaurants within Berkshire as this one was very disappointing.

Was in Windsor for my Son getting an award at Windsor Castle. We'll what can I say "Awesome!! " best curry and service I've ever had. If your ever in Windsor check this place out. Amazing food in an amazing setting. You will not be disappointed 10 stars for me. Thank you for an amazing food.

Good meal. Not crowded at lunch so relatively safe

The food options on the chef's specials section of the menu were excellent; something above the usual Indian restaurant fayre, delicious and notably so. I'd recommend trying one of those.Very attentive service from all staff.Only minor issue was the wine arriving a little late to the table so not having time to breathe but the apology given was quick and sincere (and it was an excellent wine too).Just far enough from the beaten track in central Windsor to avoid being a tourist trap. I would return when next in the area, thanks!

This is an excellent Indian restaurant, a really good choice of food all served fresh and hot. The service we received was exceptional.We will definitely be visiting again.

Great Indian place with lovely food, it is traditional Indian dishes and they live up to that. The staff nice and friendly. Do note that they take a service charge of 13%

A reasonably good Indian resteraunt. The food was good and the service was good, all at reasonable prices, especially considering the Windsor location. The tandoori king prawns lacked the traditional tandoori flavour and had a lot of lemon flavour, but this was my only negative, all other curries & rice were very tasty. Good selection of wine, again at good prices.

A good, solid choice for Indian in Windsor. Cold Cobra Beer, excellent pampadams, and a great selection of Curries. The Vindaloo sauce is one of the best I have had, with a full unrelenting spice. Did I mention the cold Cobra Beer?
