Yo! Sushi in Windsor and Maidenhead

I like the sushis here specially the dragon roll. They are fresh. Seaweed salad is also good for a try

Crispy prawns were soggy. Tuna disgustingly strong/off. Very expensive and disappointing in taste, quality, flavour and value for £

Please find new staff, Food is great, but the staff. Very disappointing. We understand life is hard but most of them seem depressed and just rude. Please investigate your staff.

On the day i visited with both my kids for a nice meal out we unfortunately had a quite weird experience where the managers or waiters in the day were completely disinterested of us, one came and told my little 2yo off for touching the railway (which true he was not supposed to touch, but the way we were told off was quite abrupt and short). Nobody checked up on us after food came, nobody cleared up any of the 20 plates we had empty and when we left we passed by both front of house members (one actually twice as he went and came back from another table), they actually looked into our eyes and did not even say a goodbye or thank you which you expect anywhere, let alone when you spend a good amount of money anywhere.On top of this, i did write a note of this visit on their website nearly two weeks ago and until now nobody came back, even with “thank you for feedback, have a nice day”.Honestly, this kind of behavior and approach when it comes to guests is completely rude and after being a Yo customer for a few years, we will take our sushi with a smile, a thank you and a hello somewhere else.

So me, my wife and our 17 month old baby went for lunch today. Here is the summary of our experience:1. Waited for over 8 minutes to get a table. Even though there was no queue and restaurant was mostly empty.2. Then were asked to use qr code to order. No 4g connection so asked for wifi. Were told wifi doesn’t work. Tried for 10 Minutes to connect to any availabile wifi. Unsuccessful.3. Asked chef to send someone to take order. Was told to wait. Waited 5 more minutes to no avail.4. Pregnant wife went to see the waiter and requested to take order as wifi doesn’t work and we cant self order.5. Waited 10 more minutes. No one came after multiple requests.6. Decided to leave as no one bothers. Waiter saw us going. Gave us a look and didn’t ask or say anything. Jusg continued with seating other customers/ cleaning etc. Chef saw us. Didn’t say anything.Nobody seem to care. Worst experience ever. Will never go to Yo Sushi again

Went there recently, the sushi was great and the chefs were really lovely, but don't go here if you want a normal portion as the "large portions" were very small and definitely not worth it. The staff was split between pleasant and just rude and the tables and booths were not clean, maybe wiped down a bit but definitely dirty.

Food is to die for, if you haven’t been here before, you should come here. A Nice girl aliyah helped me and my family, greeted and welcomed nicely. Needed help with a discount code and whenever we needed anything she would be straight over. Our kids enjoyed their mini cute kids meals!

Food was nice and felt like a authentic Japanese sushi restaurant.

Nice quality and good portions. Location is ideal I can go shopping and eat there. Staff are very friendly. Not sure if Sunday has different chef but it's so good.
