Caffe Nero in Woking

Poor trainee girls left on their own on a busy Bank Holiday, didn't know how to make my drink I'd ordered on the app. They did well but not fair on them

Very good manager Jacob very kind and friendly makes you always feel welcome and makes the best coffe never complained about him

I think Cafe Nero has the nicest coffee out of all the coffee shops. The only reason for 4 stars is that this coffee place is a little run down. It would be 4.5 stars

Great drinks. They kindly offered some pastries that they were going to throw away. They said that they do what they can to reduce food waste 🥇🥇🏆🏆

Great coffee, nice friendly baristas, always a warm welcome.

The staff are friendly and make a lovely cup of coffee. The selection of food is a little bit limited and the seating feels a bit cramped, so I usually stick to pick up and go - but good if you're just looking for a coffee fix!

The tall lady that works here in the mornings deserves a raise. Remembers her regulars and still makes great quality coffee even when the queue is out the door!

Little but quiet with some tables outside, very nice service and the usual food and coffee from Nero. Vegan options available

Great coffee and sweet treats. Had a toastie which was good and a decent size. Find the music upstairs very loud which is a shame, if was quieter I would come more often and work. Lovely staff member, lady with the pink hair, very helpful and knowledgeable.
