Smashing ! Did the eat it all and get a free drink ;) hehe good food good price and nice and fresh.

What was left of an early riser breakfast with an extra egg and sausage. The other plate was the liver dinner. Very nice

It's not a place that I would run back too. I got what I didn't ask for! The sausages are those very cheap frozen things with no taste at all! The "cook" was accepting and touching money while he was cooking, then touched the food with no gloves!!

A tied cafe, with cafe food, staff pleasant. No place you'd go to other than for cheap eats.

Staff are unfriendly, terrible service and mediocre food. Not worth the money you pay.Also on a few occasions notice some lack in good hygiene practices. Wouldn't recommend.

First visit to SCC. The Full English hit the spot. Very impressed with the quality of ingredients, lovely staff and attention to detail. Simply smashing!

A solid, decent, clean cafe - excellent service.

I stopped here for a sandwich and coffee a few weeks ago. The food has improved from the last time I visited a few years ago. It can get packed around breakfast and lunch time but it was off peak time when I went there. If you're driving you'll be lucky to find a parking space immediately outside the the cafe on the main road but there are a few side roads that seem to always have parking spaces and the 20 minute Hays outside the retirement home.I recommend it.
