Costa Coffee in Woking

Ordered 2 meals from here for lunch on Uber Eats. Was meant to be 2 coffees and 2 baps. My order arrived with just the coffee, and the coffees were wrong and tasted watered down. (I'd paid extra for additional shots and for syrup, but definitely did not get that)I called the Costa Coffee store to find out what had gone wrong. The employee admitted to knowing that they did not have the baps in stock, so just omitted them from the order as an "Oh well" ordeal, leaving me empty handed and having overpaid. Told me to take it up with Uber.After explaining to them, that I should've been notified and/or the order cancelled as they could not fulfill the items, they did not seem to care. The rushed off the phone and said, "hope you get it resolved." without taking any ownership for the problem or concern whether I am actually able to get it resolved.Uber unfortunately does not provide me with refunds anymore due to circumstances such as this one where I've been given the wrong items or missing items, that aren't my fault. So I am taking a complete loss on this and the employee at the store wasn't even kind enough to offer any solutions to their clearly poor judgement call.I don't like writing poor reviews, such as this one, but it's a real shame that this stuff is allowed to occur at all.

Nice costa, often short of staff. You can expect long queues, distracted barista and noone on till or taking orders :(

Got turned away as the team closed the store for an hour from 2-3pm reasoning they needed a break. Fail to understand how they business. So I went to Cafe Nero and had a wonderful flat white!

Difficult to 5 star these as they are all the same. Saying that I always find the staff very efficient and welcoming unlike some other branches.

Had their dark chocolate and orange hot chocolate was recommended to me from the guy at the till not so nice but the cheese and tomatoes panini never fails

A branded coffee shop. You know what you are getting, a consistent if uninspiring product. Needs a rethink on its food lines. Staff friendly and polite, location clean

Typical coffee chain but the staff are polite, and this is open till 19:00 unlike the one by the station where the staff were unhelpful
