Costa Coffee in Woking

This was my first visit to this Costa and I was really impressed. It was large and laid out really well, with a choice of soft chairs. It was also very clean. The staff were friendly and there was a good choice of food and drinks.

Chai latte is never extra hot when ordered extra hot, some staff are sloppy and it shows in their handling of customers especially the male staff. Tables are not often cleaned. Frankly disappointing.

Went in there today one girl working kept walking pass me no acknowledgement, I asked if any one was serving she said no and walked off. There was quite a few people waiting but I walked out in discust. If that's how you carry on good luck.

No point in keeping this place open it's often shut due to staff shortages which is a real shame always people turning up and waiting but opens later always having maintenence work or staff problems re edited. 7th June 2022 same problem no staff go over regular every morning and getting worse. Must be loosing a small fortune at this store. Always loads of people waiting.. Again 16th June went over to Costa here nd closed with no signs on door to even tell customers there shut usually spend over £300 a month myself and 4 others now looking for somewhere else for early morning drinks and breakfasts..... Slowly going down a slippery slope...

Very pleasant place to sit for a coffee and a sandwich or toasty very clean and tidy staff were very friendly

The coffee is nice and hot. Ample parking outside. Mostly staffed and efficient .Very rare occasions one instead of 3 people on duty, causing a queue

Mostly really good, just one poor experience that has since never happened. The staff are generally very friendly and professional, and they’ve just done a big decor refresh. Only issue was one day pretty much everything in our order had issues and there was dirty cutlery. But to their credit, this has never happened since then, and I genuinely think this was a one off issue. Decent outdoor seating, and quick service, as long as you don’t go in during super busy times.

Consistent quality. I feel bad repeate visiting the same place, but who can blame me? Good bunch of people working hot and coffee and snacks excellent as always.

Was very disappointed, I'm a trained to make coffee from a few years ago by Costa and watched the girl make a capachino with old milk re heated put in take away cup, when I informed her we where having it in she tips it into China cup scooped some froth out the milk jug and placed on top , even a trained coffee maker no that's not how to make it. Very disappointed with service.

What can I say about Costa? Love it! A truly relaxing experience, always welcoming, cosy and well run with my favourite cakes on offerCan't ask for more!! Thumbs up!!
