Domino's Pizza in Woking

Pizza is good, but service poor.. when you call, sometimes they don't answer. came in the inside, no one is in a hurry, playing on the phone, talking to each other. after 5 minutes someone came up. No body care

As you would expect dominos to be. Reasonably quick, hot and to a high quality.

had an amazing experience with Domino's had to give them a star, served me a boneless rabbit pizza with extra crust, stuffed with crust, no cheese. I didn't even know you can get scran like this anymore. Look forward to the red panda cookies next week.

I just ordered 2 pizza one its uncooked the other coldPlus the driver was very rude and very very unprofessional

Only ever pick up so cant speak to delivery times etc...Very efficient staff, friendly and they are always very very busy, so you know the food is fresh. Highly recommend

You order for 7.30 pick up from store and when at store they tell you to wait 16 more minutes...Time of collection is rubbish 🗑 😒

Excellent pizza, I had the veggie delight. The kitchen looks so clean and the service is very efficient. There are not many Domino's around but they are much much better than papa johns and pizza hut!

I ordered a pizza and a box of chicken wings. I called them after I saw my pizza was missing double pepperoni topping and they offered to take it back and send a new one in 45 minutes and I rejected that because I am not waiting that long for it. When I started eating it, I realised some weird taste to it anf the base sauce used was BBQ sauce and it was disgusting and I chose to have a tomato sauce.The chicken wings and the delivery time were okay.

Appalling Customer Service. Ordered in store and waited outside for what we were told would be 30 minutes. After 30 mins we popped inside and asked the girls behind the counter an ETA on our pizzas and the response was "a couple of minutes". We popped back outside right out the front door, clearly in view of the front desk. The girls were on there phones laughing and joking about for a good 5-10 minutes whilst no other customers came in. When we walked back in to ask again, the girls disappeared instantly. We were then greeted by a delivery driver, who I commend, as he went and fetched our pizzas that had been ready for a while.

Spot on, good pizza and good team of staff!
