Used this place for over 2 years regularly, Tonight nearly 1.5 hours late as rest say constant excuses and food on way. Unfortunately no loyalty card in bag and like others I would sooner they were honest. I will now look for alternative Indian delivery . Very disappointed especially as not first time it’s happened

Immediate caveat it was New Years Eve.Ordered at 7.15, food arrived at 10.20.Three calls in the middle and on each occasion we were told “it’s on its way”Would far rather the honesty of “we missed it but we are cooking it now” is the truth.When it arrived some was hot, some was warm, everything tasted nice if you take the heat element off.However we were missing two breads, one rice and one side from the order, after three hours.Probably very good on a non-busy day.

The worst service ever.Ordered at 7.20pm and told one hour for delivery. I phoned after 1 hour 30 minutes and was told 15 minutes.Still no food.Phone to speak to the manager,and was told to call back in 10 minutes as he was in the kitchen. Stayed on the phone for 15 minutes and could hear the customers in the restaurant complaining as waiting for start for over an hour.Then they put the phone down on me.Tried to call back 18 times, they kept putting the phone down or went to answer phone.The food turns up at 10.10pm and surprise surprise it was cold and a dish missing. The worst service I have ever had. DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT.I will be going to see the manager face to face tomorrow, let see what he has to say.

The food is good here, which is why I keep going back BUT they mess up the order so many times! Tonight I ordered online (on their website) chicken tikka masala, they deliver chicken tikka (no sauce), when I call up they are happy to deliver a replacement but it's 30 mins wait, I say I can go collect it now, but that will take 20 mins, so I ask what about the rest of my order (sides and naan) as that will be cold, I'll happily send it back.Evening results in my husband eating his food alone and then me having to run out and pick up my order 20 mins later and eat it alone! Not exactly the evening I had planned!!They always promise me a big discount next time but I've never had it!!

Disappointed!!!! Ordered meal with chutney tray and popadoms. Received chutney tray and NO popadoms. No apologies, and no refund. Will go back to our other restaurant who can commit to order. If you have a starter chutney tray, one would expect they would check. As it was was the rest of the food was luke warm needed reheating. What a waste!!!

Had a good meal here. Good service and good quantity food. One minor observation was no lime pickle provided with chutneys etc for poppadoms. They were happy to provide on request. There was the most vibrant green mint sauce I have ever seen though! I would definitely return here again. 😀

Really yummy food, very tasty and as described on the menu. I can be a super fussy eater but I really enjoyed my main and sides. We ordered here by recommendation from a family member and we weren’t disappointed. Super friendly and helpful staff, will definitely be returning!

Excellent menu and very high quality, tasty food. Service was very good and staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant looked very nice although I think it would look even better if the lighting followed a particular theme rather than a mix of lots of all colours.Overall, a very good experience and would certainly recommend.
