Fresch Coffee House in Woking

Very pilote even I came in and was served rather quickly but then got cold shoulder as I used 5 sugars I use a lot of sugar I know it's bad for my health but my choice I don't see why thats so many and why they didn't even have basic manors I said thank-you goodbye and was ignored only reason for two stars is nice latte.

Stopped in here today as i was walking past and needed some lunch and a drink for my son and i. Looked inviting from the outside, even nicer inside. Warm welcome and an offer to make us fresh whatever we wanted.... one cheese and ham toastie and Thai sandwich later we've now found our new favourite place for a quick lunch if we are ever in woking again. This is a perfect example of a non chain establishment with friendly and genuinely attentive staff. Give it try, you won't disappointed.

The food is fine. The lady who works there is lovely. However when I gave some feedback the reaction from the man was so poor that I won't be eating there any more. If he'd given me a generic "We'll consider that" response and forgotten about it the second I left, I'd still be a customer. Arguing with me lost my business. Moaning to someone from my office that I had given feedback put the last nail in it.

The food here is really good and the staff are super friendly. There are some really nice classic fillings and some unique ones to go on the sandwiches, Panini's and wraps they offer. The portion sizes are good for the cost and the sitting areas are really comfortable.The cakes are lovely too a d they have a really good selection of drinks too.One improvement I Think would be great is to create your own salad and to move away from plastic take away boxes. Also some more imaginative veggie options would be great. Something like roast veggies and hummus or something along those lines of filling are very meat and fish heavy.All together a really nice place to have lunch with a nice atmosphere.

I was walking by and decided to stop in for an iced coffee. Since I only had American dollars on me, before ordering, I asked if they took American Express. The lady said they did not. I told her that was no problem, wished them a great day, and left. I wouldn't expect them to take American Express, but thought it wouldn't hurt to ask.After I had gotten about fifty feet from the store, she called down the street to me and asked me to come back. When I returned, a man, presumably the owner, asked me what it was that I wanted. I told him I was just going to get an iced coffee.The man said he would like to make the iced coffee for me on the house. He insisted.This was very nice and generous of him and, while the iced coffee was very good, it was his act of kindness that I will remember about my visit.There are many places to get a cup of coffee in Woking, but I recommend stopping in to visit these good folks if you can.

Great place to meet up. The staff are friendly and efficient.The coffee is smooth and really good.Alas the main entrance is not wheelchair friendly due to steps, you can arrange to be let in side door.

Friendly cafe with wide range of hot and cold food. You can sit in the shop or take away. Always a pleasant welcome and the coffee is consistently good. Would recommended this establishment to anyone.

Member of staff decided to argue with me when I was overcharged for a "hidden" charge for toasting a panini which in any other cafe there would not have been a charge for.I regularly eat at more established cafés such as Pret et Manger and Cafe Nero and they never charge for toasting sandwiches .I presume that the owners are more concerned with penny pinching from the paying public.With regard to the other Google review ,one of the owners surname is Sharma so you can presume they have given themselves a review or asked a member of their family to post a review.
