German Doner Kebab in Woking

The good part… the Food was good. Cheesy chips were lovely!Unfortunately let down by the price, £14 for a boss box. It is just too expensive for a meal for 1. I remember ordering last year and the boss box was £10.Unless they lower the prices I won’t be coming back.

First visit. Straightforward eatery. Varied menu. A step above your typical kebab takeaway. Tasty food. Nice to have some tables for those wanting to eat inside immediately.

Fantastic value for money. Great service and the food is superb. Be aware, the portions aren't small.

When I pass through Woking, I get GDK. I always order the same Large Chicken donor Meal. This branch never gives a large meal, but happily charges for it. If I order the same from a different branch it's a lot bigger in size. Not sure why they do this here everytime.

Tried the original german doner kebab along with doner panini. The food was excellent with high standards. The portion quantity was good as well.The meat was sooo delicious along with all 3 sauces giving rich taste of kebab.Although it was very busy when i ordered the food, i got served within 5mins with everything fresh. The staff is really cooperative and well mannered. The kitchen looks very clean as well.I definitely recommend this branch and will surely visit with my family.

The last few times I ordered chicken doner box I receive a mixed beef and chicken box. It happened three times so not sure what's exactly the problem if it's the cashier or other members of staff. The cashier is always looking sad or angry which isn't nice to have this attitude towards customers

Perhaps one of the best doner you could find in the area. Decent quantity, great taste. The only one thing I dont understand is their insistence to offer a mixed doner (chicken+beef) closer to the time they are about to shut the shop. Of course, they would like to ensure all the meat has finished but not understanding the sensitivity of the matter such as "customer does not eat beef due to certain reasons" seem to be missing them every time.

It's a massive shame I can't give zero stars!I have just been here for the fist time after hearing good things. I ordered a chicken kebab, cheesey chips and a coke. Kebab is just a bun full of chicken skin and fat, chips are cold and no cheese, and the dips are completely tasteless.I HAD TWO BITES AND IT WENT IN THE BIN! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

My fault for going back when I vowed not to, for being given mouldy bun when it first opened.Went back after two years today and ordered dinner (thought I’d give it another go) and I comehome sit down and I’m missing one fries oh yes and a piece of metal falls out onto my plate. So I drive all the way back to complain and ask for a new order of the same (I was starving at this point) to come home to burnt/over cooked pieces of doner. Personally, I don’t recommend it at all. Don’t know if it’s all of them or just this branch? Manager kindly gave me a £5 refund after I asked for it. Personally I would have refunded my wholeorder but hey, won’t be going back.

To what I'm normally used to, GDK is certainly something different. I was impressed with my first visit there. The Original Donar Kebab meal was very filling and I liked the blend between the two sauces added to the sandwich. I think everything meshed well and the beef/chicken kebab were prepared well. The food arrived very quickly but maybe because I went at a less busy time. Prices are reasonable in the sense that it is better to go there every now and then as opposed to going there very regularly. There is discount for students which is good though. The staff were friendly and smiley. What's stopping me from giving it a 5 is that I think the chips were nothing special and I didn't try everything else on the menu so I have to be fair in regards to what I only ordered. However, I do recommend this place.
