Istanbul Grill in Woking

Quick to take your money for an order but don't expect delivery when promised. Waited over 1.5 hours for delivery. They won't even refund despite valid complaint. Can't decide if they are simply incompetent, thieves or both... Avoid at all costs there are better places to eat locally

Wouldn’t even give it 1 star but that’s the least I can do. Small portion sizes, ordered a large and what I got was a small.Used to be good when the old man was working but gone downhill which is a shame

Food is disgusting come cold oldered two lamb donnors and chips, small portions only got about 10 strands of meat more salad then meat pay

Just had my first kebab here since moving away a year ago, like the rest of woking it's really gone down hill, £7.50 for a large doner.First it definitely wasn't large I could eat three of them. And wasn't that nice. Istanbul grill used to be the best around and was ooking forward to a good kebab coming back to woking for the weekend.I won't be going back again.

Overpriced £8.50 kebab with teeny bits of meat like nail clippings, no substance. Gave me an upset tummy.. not recommended in my experience.

Ordered medium kebab with chips... Only got 4 tiny pieces of chicken(picture) cut in twos and a small pitta. With normal portion of chips.. Price £8.20.... A rip off.... Definitely not buying it again... Portion sizes needs looking into by the management

Lovely food and great taste really enjoyed recommended to all must try.

Complete and utter shambles. Ordered mixed chicken shish and lamb doner kebab, exactly how I say it over the phone and still manage to send me the wrong kebab. Alongside the 9 nugget meal, of which no meal came and instead 6 overdone nuggets. Useless and rude, asked for a refund on my order as food wasn’t up to standard and instead had the phone put down on me.

Delicious food, super quick and lovely staff helping us when we were unsure about which option to order. Can’t wait to go back!! Highly highly recommend the chicken doner with chili sauce 😍
