Mcdonald's - Woking in Woking

Very good service, it was very busy both inside and at the drive thru but we didn't have to wait long before our order came.The restaurant was clean, well staffed with very nice and helpful staff. We also found plenty of seating upstairs.We have used the drive thru and the order and collect points and both of these have been great to and again the staff were very nice.Overall a great McDonald's and will be going back again.

Food cold and again drive through messed up the order but this time instead of driving off I stayed until I checked it all and just as well as I did. Half of it missing.. Check your orders before you leave....

So easy to do McDonald's these days. Order before you arrive. Tell them which bay parked. They bring to your car. Only issue is you can't freely order the sauces so have to wait for them to get back and get them.

Fries are always soggy, when I've ordered delivery they consistently snlend the wrong items and have also missed items ordered. As far as presentation goes the burgers look like the have been through a tumble dryer. I do love McDonald's and will still order from here I just would prefer if they upped their game

Unlike the fake Google reviews that are paid for today you’re going to get a real one!The staff literally don’t care I’ve turned up for breakfast on 3 ocassions in the last week only to find it’s still shut as no one has turned up for work,they will tell you there is a problem with the system but as you drive out you can see more than 2 members of staff dragging themselves in and then there’s the delivery service..ordered 3 separate meals via a delivery app and ended up getting 6 large fries,never any straws in the bags or sauces when requested…absolute shambles

Ordered at the drive thru and had to wait over 10 minutes behind the car in front at the collection point because he was busy having a catch up with his 'mate' in the car.They had been given their food almost immediately but then launched into a raucous chat, the contents of which could be heard by at least 3 cars behind. It was only when everyone started beeping their horns that they reluctantly sped off.Distinct lack of professionalism by a group of basically teenagers just hanging out and chilling

paid for that big tasty burger and i must say i jave never been disappointed,i trully wanted to come back and cause chaos but was just so busy..minus zero stars from me😡

Best place in town for greasy undercooked burgers where even the bun is drenched in dripping grease.Staff unable to provide even the slightest requests such as no gerkins, always requires multiple trips to resolve issues and has resulted in me asking for refunds on more than one occasion. Will not be visiting this branch again - every other McDonald's I have ever tried has always been far superior.Hopefully someone who can change things will see this, or the owner of this restaurant.!Update!....Decided to try this place again and I really wish I hadn't... Not usually the type of person to leave a bad review but this really needs addressing - not only did they get my order wrong (as they always seem to do) but it came complete with eggs that were extremely greasy/runny and green with nice holes of juice inside. Shame I only realised this half way through while i was eating.... needless to say I'm completely put off of this particular mc donalds for life and probaly the whole franchise.I'll also be submitting a complaint to head office....Pictures below if anyone has a strong enough stomache

The rest of the food ordered was edible. Unfortunately a gentleman at the last drive through stop decided I needed an extra topping in my ice cream. This is definitely not my hair and the individual who prepared the ice cream should have folded the flaps down to try stop this kind of contamination. Safe to say I probably won't be going back to this branch. Make sure you check for extra ingredients. Manager on the phone was Very rude on the phone too once I called.

I’ve been twice already, all the staff were pleasant and friendly. I’m very pleased to have this new McDonalds. It’s a drive through but there’s plenty of free parking (90 minutes). That was always the problem with visiting the McDonald’s in Chertsey Road, nowhere nearby to park and not free.This one is a great addition to Woking
