Mr Cod in Woking

Cod was smelly because of old frying oil used and chips were refried and hard dry. Waste of money

They refused to serve me to due allergies, and would not even discuss their allergy menu with me. We are able to eat at most fish and chip shops, and those who are unable to serve us at least ask me what the allergies are before deciding they are unable to serve me. Unfortunate as I am looking for someone to cater an event soon, so it may have generated some income for them.

I payed 8 pounds for a large piece of cod that was soggy, not a bit of crunch in it, and it DID NOT come with chips!! I mean 8 quid and you don’t put chips in?!? Is that a joke? No place, NO PLACE I’ve ever been to/ordered from before did not include the chips with the fish. Such a waste of money. Will MOST DEFINITELY NOT order from here ever again.

Ok considering... Successfully drowned my sorrows after watching England not give a toss for 90 minutes. Then to my delight, discovered I could get a chippy at 1 in the morning. Mostly cooked chips, an acceptable battered sausage and congealed, tasteless curry sauce. Wouldn't rave about it, still ate it

Wouldn't bother ordering, food was terrible ordered a chicken barini and it was rice with chicken drum sticks (boned 2 small pieces), the staff was aware I was paying with cash and the driver did not have the change for £20 even though the order was £16 and he came straight from the shop? Seems to me trying to get more tips never ordering again!

Shocking 2 hour wait for a delivery. Yet my mate who was in woking popped in and got served in less than 5 minutes.45 minutes after i placed my order. They clearly put walk in customers before delivery's. If you dont want to do delivery's and stick to a simple delivery time then dont offer to do them.

Ordered masala fish and they gave me one which was burnt with more batter than fish. Also did not give the complete order even though I paid for it. They have done this many times before but I gave them chances. I think that's enough chances for them. Worst costumer service I've ever seen!!!

Text from restaurant last night.The restaurant isn't going to give you any money back for your delayed order.They say:"We're really sorry your order wasn't delivered on time. The driver was stuck in heavy traffic, sorry."3 hours stuck in heavy traffic on a 4 mile journey! Ordered 7.30pm meal turned up at 10.30pm.Food quality poor and customer service terrible, better places in Woking.

Pretty fine and tasty fish and chips over here. Chips were not so well done, meaning they were a bit rawish, but I supposed it's just how they make them in Brexit. Good stuff anyway!

Been a couple of times with the family for a pre and post evening nosh. A combination of great tasting fast food at a reasonable price in a premises split between kebab and chip shop type food. Broad menu in both so everyone can get something in one order. Some tables for those wanting to eat in. Staff are friendly and helpful.
