New 5 Star Chinese in Woking

Have coffee with friend but i hate the woman manager not good for customer relation very bad , wrong place for her , the staff are always smiling and keep customer back , but this wrong person must hide if not the business go down .i'am honest .now it's up to the big boss to decide .

I just beginning to buy the food from this Chinese takeaway,but the food is tasty,delicious,the portions is enough big,the serving is quick and they working to the delivery as well.I like the products of this shop,so they are one of my favorite shopThank you so much!

scandal! I found a worm in rice! I do not recommend this place, I will never order anything again.

Yeah not impressed at all with this place... Ribs were extremely dry, like they'd been left in the oven too long...Pork noodles was a game of "find the pork"Pork fried rice was bit stodgy and crumbly rather than fluffy and nicely flavoured... Bit like buttered boiled rice I guess.Prawn toast was extremely greasy, they're usually not that oily.The duck was alright, but this was pretty poor. Don't think I'll order again.Overall, £47 of disappointment.Oh, they take cash only as well... Kind of annoying when you haven't carried cash on you for years. Worse, the delivery guy didn't come to the door with change... Said he left it in his car. Blatantly looked back to see if I was watching him or not, so I felt I had to follow him to make sure I got my change back!

Really awful food. Dry and tasteless with barely any meat in the meat dishes. Also, they 'only take cash' and then when the delivery turns up they remarkably don't have any change. Don't waste your money here.

They are ignorant and put the phone down on you.i tried to order a meal using Uber eats and there is no way of knowing what the minimum order is for delivery I tried to explain this and they just put the phone down on me.Great customer service.

Best takeaway in a long time! Definitely worth the price and excellent value for money. Overall brilliant service.

I have to say the food was lovely and my partner and I was very happy, however I couldn't enjoy the meal as I was so angry about the fact the delivery guy couldn't even find our house so my partner had to go out in the rain (even though we paid for delivery!!!) to find him! It gets worse, we had a £20 note and our food came to around £15, the driver said he didn't have any change so ended up getting a £5 tip!!! Quite possibly the worse service ever! I wouldn't have posted this review for the world to see if they could have given us our money back or at least credited us, its a shame it has to come to this. NOT IMPRESSED!

Absolutely horrible I could not even attempt to eat this food, chips where burnt like they had been recooked in dirty oil, when I collected the food the restaurant look dirty and that is being nice, I have never seen a place like it before and I don't know how it is still open or even on JustEat.. I was afraid to eat the food incase I would get food poisoning..It all just went directly into the bin. I would advise people not to eat from the restaurant.

I would give this no stars if I could. I ordered Two hours ago and they call thirty minutes after delivery was due to cancel because they are too busy. Avoid this place like the plague. They are absoloute jokers!
