Pizza Go Go in Woking

Food was good but customer service is appalling. They missed an item and when we called to complain they said they will send it out in 10mins, 30mins later called and he says "oh yes, delivery driver is unavailable, claim refund" and put the phone down! Waited 30mins for the missing item but obviously called back and didn't answer.

I've been customer to this shop for almost 3 years now i think the management has been changed also the incredients are old. After a long break of not ordering from them when 1st lockdown finished we start ordering again, me and my partner we had not once but 3 times food poisoning from them. If you really do not wanna feel sick for 3-4 days better to avoid them. Will never order again.

Had a little look at the 1 star comments and cant comment on the phone or in person service as I am an online customer, but after my recent order I felt compelled to write a review. In recent years pizza gogo has always been cheap and slightly dodgy , a good hangover cure but never your go to pizza. But I've always been a fan of the stuffed crust and every now and again I fancy it. The last id say 5 or 6 times now the pizza and everything has been perfect!! Much less grease than I remember and the pizza i got tonight looks like an advert pizza, perfection, so much so I jumped on to write this whilst I'm trying to stomach another slice. Hugely impressed and until I get a bad item I think I might be coming back abit more frequently. Keep it up !

Absolute terrible service. I ordered £60 worth of goods they didn’t turn up, called up to complain, someone with no grasp or the other English language advised me the money would be refunded. Call back 2 weeks later and I was laughed at. Will spend the rest of my life discouraging people from eating at this vile takeaWay. (I’ve been a frequent customer for over 10years, Aftwr this will never use the brand again)

£27 PAYMENT TAKEN for our online order during advertised opening hours at WOKING BRANCH. Only to be told, after we NEVER RECEIVED our order, the manager had closed 2 hours earlier & it was not their problem. The payment has NOT BEEN REFUNDED and it is only possible to contact PIZZA GOGO Customer Services via a web form, which apparently will not be responded to until MONDAY at the earliest, if at all?? PIZZA GOGO are clearly taking payments for orders at closed branches, which is a wholly suspect & DECEPTIVE PRACTICE. At the very least, if PIZZA GOGO care anything about customer relations, the payment should ABSOLUTELY be REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY. If I could review with ZERO STARS I would.

S... service I was waiting more then 2 hours to receive my order the guy from the restaurant he answer very simple “it’s coming” but nothing a 12 minutes drive took more than 2 hours.I’m not recommend this service and was my last time ordering from them.

honestly the most shocking customer service I’ve ever received. Ordered a 12 inch pizza and 1 portion of wedges for £20, I questioned the price and the guy said we have no offers at the moment, slightly surprised as most pizza outlets do. When it arrived I saw the menu they gave me and in fact I could have got 3 items for 16.99, I called back and the guy kept repeating no offers, I told him about the menu and he wasn’t having any of it. I run my own food place and honestly I would never speak to a customer like he did. Places like this need new owner shop, the same guy always answers the phone, he sounds like he hates his job, probably the owner! The fact is pizza in Woking is competitive and I order twice a week from here, if they were not ok just eat they would have no business because they don’t know how to talk to their regular customers. Never ever am I spending one more penny with these fools! Bet they don’t even read their reviews!

2s special £15.99 tried charging me £17.99 then told me that’s only £15.99 on Mondays then kept complaining he couldn’t hear me then Said well if you want it for that price you can order online which I can’t because they close online orders 5 minutes before close. Something tells me they couldn’t be bothered to put a pizza in because it’s close to closing time. Been using pizza gogo for a long time don’t think I will use again due to this experience.
