Roosters Piri Piri in Woking

I am absolutely disgusted with the costumer service of chertsey roosters. They are very rude staff and do not know how to speak to their costumers at all. As for the price and quality of the food, my goodness. You would expect the chips to atleast look like chips, not burnt wedges and the burgers came cold too. The price is wayy to much for the quality and quantity of the food. I am defo NOT a happy costumer. Would never recommend to anyone. If you really want to get roosters i suggest going to a different chain not this one. You wont get the costumer service you deserve and nor the food for the price you buy. Never ordering from here again!!!

This place is disgusting and there the guy over the phone is very rude there food is dead and burnt burgers and cold. No wonder why its gone down the drain its a shame roosters u rip offs

I just tried to book take away but unfortunately very poor customers services.Abruptly have to change my mind.What they charge in store is different but for home delivery try to charge too much.Need no star rating but without putting star my post won't go through.

Peri peri chicken tasted like it was cooked a day or two prior and was reheated, wrap was half the size you'd expect and not great either. If you like dodgy food this is for you.

@RoostersPP Price Alert!Happened to buy a mega mixed platter from Woking Roosters Piri Piri today. Usually priced £ 36 in store and £38.99 in both deliveroo and uber eats.Delivery made for £48 against a hand written note from driver. Later called for receipt and found that they don't give printed receipts or don't have a menu with Price.Be careful before purchasing to ask for Price.Someone is not doing the right thing!How can I get a proper receipt?

The food turned up greasy, the chicken in my wrap was dry, the wings were burnt, the coleslaw tasted questionable. So disappointed with this meal. Never going back

Chicken dry and everything tastes burnt. Greasy bags when delivered and poor quality food. Chicken pita with piri piri covered all over it.

Good food and good service the chicken was very nice. Prices very good also. The fried wings were ok but grilled chicken had nice taste.

This is how our food was served, on paper plates. Sticky tables, clothes gets stuck on it. Staff are miserable. No cutlery, was forced eat with hand, no hand wipes. Nothing like other Roosters peri peri.This franchise chain needs to work on consistency of food and service.

The chicken here is amazing. The sauce is the difference. Think Nandos but better and hotter if you like it that way. It had some bad press a few years back but has made great changes including new seating and toilets since then. The only issue is parking there isnt much if any but if you are walking or in town anyway it's a great place to eat. Good friendly staff top off the experience and reasonable price make it worthwhile.
