Bruna & Gui we’re so helpful yesterday for our party of 6! The food was really good and the drinks were great!Overall they really accommodated our needs and helped us enjoy our night!Highly recommend!

Absolutely disgusting service.waited over an hour for food,which was delivered cold.our grandson had to leave without food as he had another show.waitresses attitude was disgusting,no apologies,explanations.one dish delivered,30 mins later still no other dishes.when eventually other dishes delivered,they were stone cold & returned.no cutlery given until one dish had been finished.Absolutely disgusting service,attitude,would never go there again.All food left & refund given,with an apology eventually,due to lack of staff/ chefs!!!! Awful place.

We booked a bottomless brunch for a friends birthday and were very unimpressed. 3 of us order a 5 stack of pancakes with fruit another pancakes with chicken and bacon. When the waitress brought them over she stood there and said who’s got what then in a very rude manor. When our fruit pancakes came there were only 2 when the menu stated 5 and the others came just plain without the chicken and bacon that was stated on the menu. We didn’t get any more pancakes after saying we were missing 9 and all our meals were cold. When the waitress brought over a round of drink she put them on the table and the whole tray fell onto the floor splashing all over our legs. We were still hungry when we left so had to go elsewhere to eat.There was no atmosphere and we won’t ever be going back.

Booked a table (with a required £20 deposit) for pre theatre meal on Friday evening. Arrived half an hour before booking, which was lucky given the amount of time we waited for our meals. The poor girl who served us at the bar was clearly on her first shift and didn’t know a thing (and didn’t have any help from her co workers) After being told they didn’t have either of the drinks we ordered and us having to point to them in the fridge for her, she charged us twice, all of which was forgivable under the circumstances. We were then told where our table was, which was so sticky we found the spray and blue roll and cleaned it ourselves, stuck some cardboard under the leg to steady the wobble looked over the menu. Once decided (I hadn’t realised how limited the menu was) my daughter went to the bar to order. 50 mins later we were presented with our food (no cutlery as yet). As you can see from the photos, my £10.95 Cheese & Bacon Burger ( I had asked for no bacon) arrived looking no better than a kids ‘happy meal’. There was a half filled cup of chips and a burger with barely any of the advertised fillings. My daughters meal was more substantial but lacked the advertised bbq sauce so once the waitress came back with our cutlery a few minutes later, we asked for the bbq sauce and some ketchup. We were then given a few sachets of cheap catering tomato sauce and left to it!! Awful food, awful service and awful venue! Never again!

Nice stop for a pint and food. I think the place could do with a refurb, it's OK in there but needs some attention. When it was Yates it was much more polished in there. Staff are friendly though and good service.
