Starbucks Coffee in Woking

Lovely staff, engaging and helpful. Clean toilets, great coffee. Grabbed an espresso then sat and watched Wimbledon. Woking has come a long way. Great afternoon.

Coffee delicious... tuna melt had lots of filling .. staff very chatty..

Typical Starbucks. You like their coffee or you prefer someone else's.

Great coffee, great buns! and great service with a smile. Decor could do with a refresh.

Asked for a peach iced tea and was given just a green tea and water with ice then asked for it to be made right and then given a normal teabag of green tea and water with barely any peach and a tiny bit of lemonade so just gave up and left with the drink and threw it away

Angela has served me for years now and I always go to her as she always helps me choose new drinks and advises me correctly with regards to what drink goes with a dessert. She is always attentive, friendly, always up for a chat and a laugh and is one of the best members of staff in woking. Starbucks is very blessed and I hope they understand that she is a valuable asset to your organisation. Thank you for making every visit of mine special ❤️

Slow service after placing order. Once received our order to sit outside Starbucks staff member and security started chatting and smoking next to the seating area which we didn't appreciate as we have a child. Not only was it by the seating area but the exit to the building this is wrong!

Depends what time of day you go I think. It can get busy. They are happy to make me drinks without coffee in and just flavoured syrups in (I don't like coffee!).I’ve always found staff in here helpful and friendly, but often trying to do their best in difficult circumstances. What I mean by that is that there are not enough staff there and they are overstretched.

Pooooor staff!!! Since all staff members were changed this shop is UNDER Any expectation! They dont even know how to grind a coffee. Tomorrow i'll have to go back 'cause this grind is unusable and so this way i just lost the price of one pack of coffee thinking about paying another carpark fee together with todays parking. This will be the LAST time I'll visit this shop.Highly recommend changing the staff!!!
