The Ketch in Woking

Has the ketch changed there cooking oil horrible taste never had a problem before also the chips are not cooked properly

Ordered from just eat, delivery only slightly late but I expected that as they get very busy, lived here for over 6 years and never tasted anything even near to their fish and chips, you ask for a large cod and that's what you get not small or medium, can't beat the place.

Ordered two large cod and chips this evening for the entire family. Sadly the chips were only part cooked. I did report this “I’ll pass it on” was the response. To be honest, having just spent over £20 on two meals I’d hoped for a slightly more ‘interested’ response ! It’s always been above average in the past...... lack of customer service though is a frustration.

Soooooo yummy that I went there for both nights during my short weekend trip to the UK!😍😋 The fish is just perfectly fresh and tasty!

Very Disappointed, I asked for fish and chips with salt and vinegar.I watched from outside my order being put together but salt and vinegar applied. I asked the girl serving if she had added said condiments, she said yes, giving her the benefit of the doubt I left the shop. Upon opening it was very CLEAR NO condiments had been applied. Very Disappointed my order number was 127 I attended the shop at 17.33 on 29th September. I will not be returning. Very disappointed

Very clean and tidy chippy beautiful cooked fish and lovely southern fried chicken the ketch is now my number one chippy of choice keep up the good work.

First time using The Ketch.Very very happy staff very polite and friendly. Food was lovely.The food was cooked very well and very hot when it was delivered.Would highly recommend this fish shop to anyone who is wanting to get very tasty fish 🎣 & chips 🍟👍😃👍😃👍

Generous portions and lovely tasting fish with crispy chips. Gets busy on a Friday for good reason……our local chippy but wouldn’t go anywhere else.
