The Olive Tree in Woking

It's a really cosy place to eat. You might have to make reservations ahead though especially over the weekends.

Very nice food, stricky toffee pudding was lovely.

Good experience. Nice surroundings but very quiet for 8.30 on a Saturday night. They had been very busy earlier we were told and subsequently there were some items not available on the menu and only one special. Food was good but best part of the experience was the service which was very friendly and accommodating from Jo the manager . Nice lady.

Really lovely attentive staff as well as such delicious food. Just wanted to go somewhere that we could catch up and chat as a group of friends, including good food and this place ticked all the boxes. It was a 1st time visit for me and it won't be the last, I'll definitely be recommending this place to all!

Wonderful staff, amazing food, and super accommodating about allergens. I absolutely love coming here because I can feel completely confident in what I eat even though I have a pretty severe allergy, and the staff really do go above and beyond to provide that. Cannot recommend the Olive Tree enough!!

Great food, but service very slow & lacking attention. Lovely pub/restaurant great place to go if you are not in a hurry. The owner seemed very stressed out when we had to ask for cutlery and condiments! The staff were very young and I think just need a bit more experience and maybe some help in busier times.

Was a fantastic find, we had just finished some archery around the corner with the kids and found this showing the 2nd half of the England South Africa game. Landlord was really friendly and that had a great set up. Food looked lovely but we'd just missed the kitchen

A really nice place to eat, I liked what their varied menu offered for normal eating, but not much on offer to vegetarians.Staff were helpful and friendly, and the service was good.The marquee near the building was very useful for people with pets and also for parents with young children to run around freely.

We really enjoyed the food there. Most of the dishes has the gulten free options. Food were well cooked. Staffs were friendly. Our dog enjoyed the outdoor space too. We will be back when we are around the area next time.

This really is a wonderful country pub! We had a delicious lunch at the Olive Tree today.There’s plenty of parking on site and a great marquee set up in the beer garden if the weather isn’t on your side. Lots of picnic tables nicely spaced out a and a few cushions to make you as comfortable as possible. Covid-19 measures were also clearly in place with track and trace available or the option to leave your details manually and lots of hand sanitiser dotted around.Drinks and food were fabulous, as was the service from our lovely waitress Kate who was so very friendly and helpful (as were all of the staff).We both went for the moules frites (on the specials menu) and they were we’re plump, juicy, delicious and came with a huge portion of thick cut, well seasoned chips and some amazingly good hand cut bread to mop up the fantastic garlic and white wine sauce. They even thoughtfully included a finger bowl with lemon to clean your hands afterwards which was a great touch.Our drinks were refreshing and spot on for a hot day so I really can’t recommend this pub highly enough.Support local and get yourself down there with friends or family - you won’t be disappointed!
