Great little pub , highly reccomend , friendly staff and a decent pint

I lovely proper pub. Great food, beer and hospitality.

No menus provided, not sure if I was meant to guess what was on offer. Had to order at the Bar. Table too small for the amount of people that actually had to sit around it and eat. Roast dinner was good, pudding not so much (seemed like it was microwaved). No Coca-Cola on draft only bottles. Cost more than I was expecting. I didn't ask for one but no receipt provided so I could check I was actually charged correctly as tab was just written down and recorded on the till when I asked for bill. Staff were nice. I see no reason to go back in the future, not the best experience possible.

Visited recently to see its been taken over by a new landlady , very welcoming good prices and cosy seating , will definitely be be returning

Cozy pub with a solid offering of different Sunday roasts. The pork was good but I would say the top spot is cauliflower cheese and veggie patty for the vegetarian option. Very dog friendly.

All food is refreshly sourced and you can tell! The new landlord and landlady are very welcoming. Pub is very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Nice cost pub tucked away. Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. Rather cosy and good price's. Lots of choice on the menu options.
