Looks great, but that's about it - quality of food incredibly poor.Calamari (oily and tasteless) and Buffalo Wings (cheapest quality chicken) inedible. Nacho dry as no salsa available. Best part of the meal was some curly fries and a milkshake which ended up costing me £34.76.The waiting staff were quick and attentive.The right thing would have been for the restaurant to deduct the cost of the food that we were unable to eat off the final bill, however they simply passed my comments on to the chef.I feel the chef was not to blame as the food looked great, it was the quality of the cheap ingredients that let the restaurant down.I will not dine here again, nor would I recommend it to anybody.

Had the cowboy bbq burger for round up to 15.00, it was decent to begin with.. but i felt like you you paying for the experience of the atmosphere which is amazing and intricate in the western theme. Even got a cowboy hat!!!But overall, the food was half decent and my boyfriend got the filly cheese steak sandwich but it was filled with muscles and almost made him ill. The food was lack luster, and didn't fit the quailty of the price for anything. Does do one for a good drink and milkshakes at least..Come for the experience but dont go further then drinks and a few starters, not worth the dive into the wallet for...

Fantastic food and big portions and a very nice decor. Staff were friendly. Definitely going back.

my husband and i went yesterday 18/03/22 for a meal. the food was great my husband had the steak and i had the beef burger, the service was amazing, the waitress was very attentive and couldn't do enough for us, she even gave me extra coleslaw for free when i said i really liked it. loved the glasses with the bullets through it, lovely decor. all in all we had a great experience, we would highly recommend it

As Americans living in the UK, we were extremely excited to see this place open. The menu on their website listed some dishes, such as Chicken and Waffles, that are rare in the UK and we were looking forward to getting to experience some old favourites.When we arrived, we were promptly seated and handed menus. Where we noticed that the Chicken and Waffles, along with numerous other dishes listed on the website were not on the menu. I understand supply chain issues, but these weren’t even listed as unavailable. They just weren’t there. The menu was about half the size as was lifted online.I was extremely disappointed, but decided to try the chicken burger. We placed our order and waited….and waited…..and waited. After a long wait, a dish was brought to my wife, but it was the wrong dish. Nothing even close to what she ordered. Dishes were brought to myself and our eldest daughter, but the slaw listed on the menu was not on the plate. Just a big empty spot. The chips portion was beyond stingy. 14 chips was all I was served. We were still waiting for my wife’s and youngest daughter’s orders. My wife was served about 10 minutes later. 10 minutes after that, we flagged down a waitress to ask about our daughter’s kids meal (which was £15!). They apparently hadn’t put in the order as they had no idea what we were talking about. We then waited another 10-15 minutes for her food.When the kids meal finally arrived, we went ahead and asked for the dessert that was supposed to come with it. When we’d ordered, we’d asked for chocolate cake, but by the time we asked for it to be brought out, we were told that it “came from the shop next door which is closed.” Mind you, we arrived for a 5:30 booking. It was close to 7 when we finally got our food. However, the restaurant was open until 10, so the fact that dessert was “locked away” before 7 was ridiculous.The only thing they were quick to bring us was the check. £74 for 4 dishes!: hot dogs, cheeseburger, chicken burger, and kids meal. No alcohol. My daughter got a root beer and my wife got an iced tea. No refills. I got tap water.The final indignity was when I was looking at the receipt later and noticed a 10% “optional” gratuity was already included in the total. To not pay it, I would have had to ask it to be taken off.£74 for food that was decent, but nothing special, with extremely tiny portions, and service that was atrocious. I’ve had better experiences at the local Wetherspoons.

Visited with two of my friends and we loved everything about it. The interior design is so unique and the glasses with a bullet piercing through them are so much fun. We had nachos, wings and the chicken and beef burgers which we were all great. A big thank you to Tia and Lauren for taking care of us during our visit, great service. We will be back for sure!

We had lovely time at this quirky diner, the decor is fun and the food was really good - we used their Mon - Thurs deal for starter and main. The staff was friendly and on point. We had Oreo and Biscoff milkashakes which were amazing for their price. We will definitely come back!

I had high hopes for this place, given the menu, but the food was over-priced for what we got (essentially a plate of lettuce with a spoonful of chicken and beans - I paid £15 for the pleasure). Service was also sub standard as we were offered the bill before my friend had even finished her drink and we weren’t even offered the dessert menu. The place was only half full so they can’t have needed our table. I appreciate the place is new but you’d expect decent food and service and be top of the list for new establishments.

They've only been open for a week or so, but the food and service were exceptionally sub par.It's basically Wimpy quality food but for more than Gordon Ramsay prices.I don't see this place being around for more than a few months.

Service was kind, but lacked attention. Wrong order received and long wait due to the very small "open" kitchen serving both the Ol' West and tea restaurant next door. The place is nicely decorated with attention to detail, but both are over-crowded with tables...thankfully they weren't all full when we visited otherwise I am not sure where people would walk between the tables, prams, and coats all over. Sadly, we have to give it one star as the poor food handling and inadequate kitchen space resulted in food poisoning.
