Great bank of Tesla Superchargers, but as hotel is closed there is no access to toilets.

The foods are fine, staff are nice, but I am totally annoyed by the slow wifi connection in here. Not recommended for a long stay

Stayed there for 10-days quarantine. Its a very nice hotel and I had no problem whatsoever during my stay. I really enjoyed the food in the hotel. Everyone is So Helpful especially the Security Team and they are always there to support you. Especially Javed who is a team leader there helped me alot and acted very professionally and responsibly.👍

Amazing hotel, perfect for quarentine. Friendly and understanding staff. The room was the right size, easy to maintain, and didnt feel cluttered and had space to exercise. There was a few maintenance problems like ac and stuff.

The only good Thing about this hotel is that I can bring my dogs. The rooms are not the cleanest and the beds not that Comfy they seem to have gone down hill since it was taken over by Hilton Double Tree. Before this the hotel Was lovely, yes dated but much better. I recently visited we couldn’t get into the hotel as it was being used for quarantine so we booked into the travel lodge. I must admit seeing how clean and organised the travel lodge is really does put the Hilton Double tree to shame. Also the outside of the hotel looks dirty there has been no gardeners looking after it, it always was manicured and now it’s been left to just overgrow. Also by the pub it is an eyesore, the rubbish and the whole area looks dirty and there are rats by the unorganised bins. The most helpful person we met was holly on reception. Visitors from Norfolk

Only giving one star as can't give any lower would have quite easily given minus 10 on 21.08.2021... Fuming is a polite word for how we were treated by both hotels.com and doubletree by hilton.. back in June we received a email that wasn't quite right after we booked the hotel back in Nov 2020 for the Motorshow..So called both companies to be reliably informed the booking was guaranteed.. We got to the hotel on the 21.08.2021 to be informed by security that it was a covid hotel.. No apology was given by them or hotel management for us not being informed.. Tried calling hotels.com twice only to have the call ended after 30+ mins on hold.. The hilton were abit more helpful in that they told us they had already sent the refund over to hotels.com but were unable to help in securing a room locally for somewhere near the price we originally paid their closest was £175... we were not impressed as this was to be an anniversary treat.. Will not be using either company in the near future as total lack of communication by both parties ended up costing my husband an extra £200 that we didn't have thanks a bunch from a very disgruntled ex employee of the Hilton

Being used as a location for isolation passengers, you can see the hotel occupants pushing the boundaries when walking around the grounds where they could come into contact with the general public. I understand it's difficult being in isolation but the alternative is to potentially spread the virus to others. It really surprises me,the narrow mindedness of others who choose to enter countries on the red list and then complain about restrictions on their return.

The rooms are dated although the bathrooms are modern and fresh. The water pressure is very poor not really enough to get showered under.Currently during covid the breakfast is a grab bag which needs to be booked. This was booked by my company which on the first day a warm breakfast roll was provided although on the second day no hot rolls were available. Surely if you have 30 bags booked you need to have 30 hot rolls available.Would I stay there again, probably not.

A good experience overall. Complimentary upgrade to an executive room was a bonus. It has the old world charm of the mill with contemporary additions. The staff were courteous and were following safe distancing. That gave confidence. There was a welcome cookie and that by itself was welcoming. ;)The room was also old world with timber supports. Loved the stay.
