Burger King in Wokingham

What a disgraceful place this branch of burger king has become. Firstly they got my order wrong. No big deal in that, I drove back around and they rectified it,albeit with no apology or personality whatsoever. I pulled away and parked up. My first bite was a mouthful of cold burger and bacon and when I say cold i mean I've had warmer icecreams. The fries were lukewarm at best. Not to be deterred I drove back around and asked to speak to the manager. This is where i think environmental health need to get involved. After informing him that my burger was barely warm he told me and I quote " ah yes, we serve our burgers at room temperature" which concerns me. I replied "but it's cold" he replied " yes sir it comes out of the fridge" now if the manager thinks food shouldn't be cooked to 75°c then what hope do his dull staff have. Even the cheese was cold still.Needless to say I won't ever be returning and I suggest you give this place a wide berth. On a positive note I got my money back with the minimum of fuss.

Waited ages in the drive through. Struggle to understand the woman taking the order. She was abrupt. Menu board is next to where you order so you can't decide whilst waiting in the queue. Food was very mediocre. We generally only go there because it is close to home and quick. It wasn't even quick this time.

Absolutely terrible. Went there for my Son's 6th birthday after bowling. We had to wait over 20 minutes for our food! One of the members of staff were extremely rude. Especially to her other colleagues. The food we received was really cold. None of the tables were clean food everywhere. Toilets were dirty. Really neglected. I will be making a complaint to headoffice. I ended up demanding a refund. I will never return there. It's the worse place I have been in. Seriously AVOID! I wish I actually took photos!I wouldn't of minded if the place was busy. But it wasn't!

Three chicken nuggets and coffee less than half full. Burger bun stale. Appalling. Since this review I have revisited -and the bun was dry again. Trouble with a poor experience like this is that it makes me loathe to visit any burger king, not just this one.

When i get here all tables were dirty, so i asked stuff for cleaning but they did after a very long time also they were so rude like i did something to them even i only asked for cleaning. The food came so dry, they only give me like one drop of ketchup. ZERO STARSi will never come back here

Visited on 3rd December. Ate in the restaurant. Service was slow, not due to staff inefficiency but due to numbers and insufficient staff serving within.Received a £60 parking fine today for parking there for over one hour. None of us noticed any warnings signs of parking restrictions. Absolutely outrageous. Guess we won't be visiting Burger King again.

No hygiene in the way the food is served. No professional staff. I was the only customer in that morning and most of the tables were dirty. You really need a "Good luck " with your business Burger King, I can not see you survive for to long in this way.

Zero stars!Poor experience, why would you have the order speaker before the menu? Drive thru experience, drove to see the menu and you drive past the speak/order module, then told have to go back around to rejoin a queue to place order!We decided to go inside, the place was not clean, most tables empty but filthy. Behind the ordering counter was not much tidier.We waited nearly 10mins to be acknowledged, the home delivery collected (just eat etc.) are their only concern! No respect!The ‘Senior Assistant Manager’ in duty served us, not even an apology for the wait.The car park very small, mostly delivery drivers fill the car park making it impractical! Then try and get out of car park, and you are blocked in by people queuing for the drive thru.Overall, not impressed! The food was actually ok, but would I visit this place again, no! Much better experience in other Burger Kings such as the one in Reading only a few miles away.

Don't usually do fast food but took daughter for a kids meal I know they stopped with plastic toys and applaud that but to be given a plain brown bag with some chicken nuggets, fries and about ten packets of ketchup for a kids meal where's the fun in that? Might as well just order some sides I'm not taking my kids there again the drive through road is in poor shape potholes everywhere with a very tight bend.At collection window after paying was given drinks first then waited for food only to be presented with more drinks that I didn't order I said I've got the drinks already they asked if I'm sure to which I had to show them the drinks to confirm I indeed hadn't imagined picking them up now I could understand these mistakes if they are really busy and packed with customers but the place was empty and no one was in drive through queue disappointing really in the past I've been here and overall seems to have gone downhill

Very friendly staff, but felt the food was a little on the Downside, felt like the food was made earlier and was left waiting for someone to take it. The drive thru road is absolutely ripped and it needs relaying. Bright side great staff and very help. Will try again at some time, i would say partially recommended
