Costa Coffee in Wokingham

Didn't give correct order had to be told was wrong order made with semi told was wrong made with skimmed topped up with semi made too hot poor service

Very good coffee. Accidentally left my shopping. All was kept safe and returned to me next day.

Good polite and fast service. Coffee was well presented and hot- well done guy's.

I actually went to Nero, they have a card system, 10th drink is free, they have toilets, and window seats, and comfy chairs to sit on. I love almond croissants, something starbucks and costa STOPPED selling. I no longer go to Costa, unless there is no Nero or Starbucks around, even then I only buy a drink, my xmas fave for Costa is a frostie gingerbread, shame they do NOT DO LARGE.

Excellent location opposite the town hall in the town centre. Plenty of staff to get the drinks made fast. 2 loos.

If you're going to offer order by app and deliveroo then decide if you're doing that or serving the queue of customers in the shop. Over 10 minutes waiting with 3 team members ignoring the queue...

Good service, good coffee and snack, nice place for a quick bite.

Fantastic place to have a nice cup of coffee. The staff are very friendly and approachable. Great selection of hot drinks. Costa has always been one of my favourites.

Not been here In a while. Asked for two shots of coffee it was very weak. Chap serving ran his hand over the coffee gadget to flatten then later while he was waiting for it too brew touched his hair. 😷Why do they put through contactless straight away and assume. I had a voucher. And then they never bothered asking to get my points. I didnt realise the voucher would not add them on. Really disappointing visit. Rubbish. The other coffee shops in wokingham are alot better and friendlier

Great service. The staff member helped me pick a dairy alternative and was able to talk about the coffee giving me a good idea of choices. Well done Costa coffee staff well trained and coffee was just as it was described. The other advantage was midday during the week it had a steady flow of customer's, it also still had plenty of places to sit. The atmosphere would be a nice place for a catch up or just to take a load off for five. will definitely go to this Costa again.
