Domino's Wokingham in Wokingham

Order took 1hr 40 to arrive. No one answered the phone. Pizza arrived stone cold. Manager has promised to refund me twice now over the last 3 weeks. Still nothing. Really shoddy franchisee of a good brand. Stay away from them

I must say, it is becoming clearer that this branch is offering a poorer service compared to say 5 years ago. Always forgetting parts of the order or using the wrong base. A shame. Probably a sign I should stop eating pizza.

Good standard domino's pizza quick delivery

Just ordered and took an hour and 50mins to arrive. Not even warm. Just requested a refund as this is not the first time my order has been either delivered late or not all items arrived.

Absolutely disgusting, waited over an hour and half, the guy on the phone didn't care when I enquired about it, the delivery driver wasn't bothered either. When it arrived it was cold , tasteless and I threw half of it into the bin in disgust !

Pretty much what you would expect, pizza that may be a bit pricey but overall the quality is usually pretty good.

I ordered a pizza for collection, arrived at the store 15 minutes later to see that it was going to take 8 minutes to be prepared. I went home and came back 8 minutes later to find out it was going to take 8 minutes! 5 minutes later the screen showed it was going to take 7 minutes. Apparently time doesn’t move at the normal rate in domino’s Wokingham.Getting increasingly cold waiting outside the store (you can’t wait inside at the moment) I ventured in when the screen showed my pizza was finally ready. I was of course told it would be a further minute 2 at the most. They signalled to come in 5 minutes later.By this time a collection order had taken over 40 minutes to fulfil. I pointed out they shouldn’t take orders if they couldn’t meet them. The girl I initially complained to listened to my complaint before a very rude woman jumped in to tell me they were busy and if I didn’t like it I should email. Not a great example of customer service.The pizza itself - distinctly average. Certainly not worth the wait.So in summary if you want to wait forever for very average pizza then this is the place to go. Personally I won’t be going back.

Had a minor issue but they resolved it quickly. My pizza had ample topping and was HOT. Sandra was polite on the phone and the delivery driver was courteous and swift. Thanks

Incorrect pizza made. Following day I went to store. Spoken to by rude guy calling himself Mario ! (Not his real name) Telling me the manager isnt here and not offering any help or customer focus too busy walking around pretending to be doing stuff rather than dealing with a customer walks off without wanting to listen to me or engage in any sort of communication. So rude.

on Saturday I placed my order at 10pm And the pizza was on site at 11pm cold. domino is 5 minutes away from my home. I do not recommend. tragedy. £ 21 for a cold pizza. on the dominos website they showed that the pizza is on the way. And it stood in one place 40min and they were still showing that it would be in 5 minutes. the last time I bought pizzas there
