Dragon Inn in Wokingham

Appalling service. Late every single time we order and cold on delivery. Can never get through on the phone to ask where the delivery is, they take the phone off the hook. Better off going to Winnersh Fish and Chips next door.

We often use Chinese delivery from different restaurants/shops. Dragon Inn is one of the best Chinese takeaways that we use. Only minor point is that delivery costs £1.5 which is slightly above average.

Best takeaway Chinese restaurant for miles and awesome staff. Just a shame that travellers bullied them and forced them to close the restaurant, so only takeaway now.

Excellent food! After moving down from London it's been hard to find a good quality takeaway but this has got to be the best Chinese I've had in years. Fresh, clean and tasty! Will be ordering again. Thank you!

First time ordering as came highly recommended. Ordered online for ASAP delivery just before 6pm, when they open. Still waiting almost 3 hours later! Nobody answers first phone number and second number diverts to a switched off mobile. Would love to rate the food. But as it hasn't turned up!......

Don’t normally write negative reviews but feel I have to on this occasion - Do not bother ordering from here - I ordered a Thai red chicken curry and sweet and sour prawn dish. I,ve eaten a few Thai meals and this had absolutely zero resemblance, I have never had aubergine in a Thai curry before and in what I can only describe as a very syrupy gravy, no taste of chilli or coconut whatsoever and as for the prawn dish it consisted of pineapple chunks and carrot, I rang them to complain and they won’t refund as they have no drivers to come and pick up the food, considering we paid over 45.00 for a home delivery this is not good enough, in order for me to get a refund on the 2 dishes I have to actually take it back to them, which I will do tomorrow out of principle. I can cook a better Thai/Chinese myself.

Takw away order- Informed staff member who answered phone we were vegan before placing our order. Mushroom rice had egg in it. When we rang back she said some vegans eat egg!! Obviously has no idea so if you have dietary needs or allergies I would avoid. Refused to refund us for that dish - expected us to drive back and swap it. Didn't want another 15 min drive when we had already started eating our meal. Not good customer service. Last time of using Dragon Inn !!

Really looking forward to some Chinese food? Don't go here! I hadn't been for over a year, but as it was a Monday (normal place closed) I thought I'd give it a go. Watery black bean sauce, more bones than meat ribs, undercooked chicken satay. The only plus was the soup, but that wasn't great. Ate what we could due to hunger more than taste. Menu in the bin. If i had something good to say its that they delivered on time.

Great takeaway, absolutely love the food! The people who work here are always really friendly and the preparation is usually very fast (yes they can be slow during busy periods but so are all takeaways and they always advise you how long your food will take when you order). A little on the pricey side but the food is delicious and the portions are very generous - they always fill the tupperware boxes right to the top!

We had a perfectly good delivery meal from Dragon last night but for the 3rd time running the spare ribs were cremated. They used to be so good, whats gone wrong?I wrote to the contact e mail to complain but got no reply.Great customer service!!!
