"It's great to be back! Thank you for your ongoing support over the last year. A few things to consider before you visit: Booking is not essential, though we would recommend you book in advance. Outdoor service is limited to guests in groups of six or two households (no limit on number) is permitted. Please note we may need to vary our opening hours and food service times given the time of year and the unpredictable nature of our Great British weather! Track and trace requirements have changed meaning all guests over 16 years of age must check in and provide their contact details. Unfortunately we must refuse service if guests do not comply. The atmosphere is good for a true English pub. The beer is well kept, where it falls down is on the advertising of food available all day but in fact finishes at 3.00pm, mid week

This pub served us excellent food at very reasonable prices and gave us great table service, helpful and willing. Highly recommended, we will be coming back at some point. It was clean and tidy couldn't fault it. Well done to all the staff.

I went here for the first time in years. We Had our work Christmas meal. Food was excellent. Customer service was friendly and spot on. Glad to see the place busy despite covid!

Pizza was fat at the bottom, and wet on the middle, undercooked I guess. Staff is nice, but food wasn't. Old butter I got and 🍞 with starter soup....probably from mikrovel. No, no never again eat there and prices like in standard pub nothing special.
