Hadn't been for over a year but got an email offer for £5 beer & burger at 11am so thought I'd take my colleagues to take advantage.Told the waiter when we ordered that we were going to do the offer, we ordered 4 burgers, 2 beers & 2 Pepsi Max.Food was great, asked for the bill and said I had voucher to which the waiter said they don't apply to lunch but he'd try anyway. He then came over and said the voucher hadn't work and presented a bill for >£50 (we're expecting ~£20) saying it was because we'd ordered from the lunch menu.I asked him to put the order back through but this time use the main menu (!!) and attached is the bill we got. We've still spent nearly 2x what it should have been but we'll simply never go back.

Improved since last visit. Staff much more helpful. More effort needed on the food. It feels like a lot is reheated from frozen.

Didn't impress. Had "skinny shrimp" which a small pizza with a side salad. The prawns looked raw but didn't cause any trouble. The pizza was laced with green chillis but it was not subtle. The rest of the pizza was average. The salad unexciting. My daughter and friend had the wraps which looked better and their chips were excellent. Apparently the sticky toffee pudding was good too but I didn't get a look in on that. The place is very convenient and the mains came in good time. There was some glitch with the dessert order so the girls waited a long time for it. Just as well it was worth it.

Very disappointing. Prompted to try the chain following 50% promotion, and won't be returning.Service was appalling, very slow, almost no hospitality whatsoever, unfriendly, order came out incorrectly twice before being almost correct.(we got fed up sending it back)Kitchen seemingly had no idea how to prepare gluten-free menu despite being accredited.Avoid.

Great food and atmosphere. We went in for lunch and took advantage of the two courses for £9.95 offer. As it was lunch and we didn't want to overeat we chose to share a starter and pudding and have our own mains. The restaurant had no problem with this. We started with garlic mushrooms and the burger and chicken Caesar salad for the mains and Salted Caramel Cheesecake for the pudding. Everything tasted great and the portion sizes were generous. The waiter was prompt and friendly. All in all a lovely experience. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have some lighter bites/ lower calorie options. Not sure it's a good place to visit if you are watching your weight!

Not brilliant. They forgot our simple coffee order, which took 30 minutes to get to us. When the cooked breakfast I had ordered finally came, it was cold. I could've complained at the time but we were running late and didn't have time to wait. I would've been more understanding if it was busy, but there were only 4 other families in the whole restaurant. It's a shame, because it has so much potential to be a lovely restaurant with a cosy interior. The service lets it down.

We always have a lovely meal here and the staff are always great with both adults and children. The only issue I would like to highlight is that the 2 different sized children's meals are very similar in size and the price difference is £3!! My Daughter had the larger meal and only received 2 chicken nuggets more than my Son (same amount of chips and same drink and dessert choices) I really feel that the prices should be adjusted to reflect this.

Food was very overpriced for what it was. Furthermore the food that was given was not very nice either, for example the skins on the potato skins was burnt and the"peanut butter" milkshake tasted like cold milk with a touch of peanut butter. The service was okay, ordered a pizza and got a Calzone however the manager sorted the issue out and gave the pizza as requested and gave the Calzone for free which saved this restaurant from being one star.

Cleanliness of tables is an issue as is that of the cutlery. This is inexcusable. The food is good though, with the big breakfast being a morning favorite.

Tried this F&B for the third time today. First time both food and service were dreadful, second time it was much better, steak cooked as we wanted, attentive service.Today, very bad service again. Every time we asked for something it felt as if we were disturbing the waitresses. The food was good and our mains served without too much wait. Came the desserts, or rather, hardly came the desserts (30 min wait) and it all reverted to bad times. Asking our waitress if there was a problem she replied as if offended that I dared ask. Sundaes had ingredients missing. This place is too inconsistent. When we go with the kids, we want to know it will be fine... And that is elsewhere.
