Java Cafe in Wokingham

The lady behind the counter stood and watched us for a good 5 minutes look at the menu with my young son and daughter, choosing what we were going to order yet when I started to say what we'd like she said kitchen is shut. No explanation or apology. Why let us stand there, she could clearly see and hear we were reading the food and making our choice, a simple 'sorry we're not open at the moment ' would have been most appreciated.The owner was also sitting there and didn't speak to us.So rude and zero customer care

Terrible place ... service fallen over years ... when complained to the main person in-charge about a specific issue ... he was unable to address or even understand it ... be aware of their falling standards

Good fast food, service was fast and reasonably priced

Was the first place of call whenever car needed a good clean..However prices have increased, which you expect but the standards have declined.Unfortunately I won't be using Valet Easy again as a lot more better car wash places around the area and at more competitive prices.

Wouldn't waste your time coming hear. Food was cold bacon couldn't cut had to pick it up and use fingers. Completely a waste of money

Quite good overall. Asked about allergy information and they seeked further advice.Breakfast was good and cannot fault service.Good value. I will go back.

Great greasy breakfast. Reasonably priced. And you can get your car washed while you eat. What more can you want? Would recommend.

It's great, excellent coffee at sensible prices. Quality bacon in the bacon sandwich and you can watch your car being valeted while you eat it. What's not to like.
