McDonald's in Wokingham

Have to mention Leonie (I hope that is how you spell the name) who was an absolute star helping me with my app order. App had an issue and I've been sent to the counter inside restaurant. I was approached by Leonie who had big smile on her face and was ready to help. She did ensure that my order had been processed and was prepared in great time. Thank you so much Leonie, you are what great customer service is about. Keep it up.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been. The service is absolutely shambolic. They really should come up with a better process.

5 times out of 10 have items missing from order or food comes completely cold…. Or I’m waiting ages for food to arrive from restaurant becoming a complete utter joke…. Very unsatisfied with this McDonald’s recently

Probably one of the slowest Maccies I’ve ever been to! Also no fizzy drinks when we were there (yesterday). The staff seemed more interested in the Ubereats drivers and their deliveries as opposed to in store customers. The lady next to us waited five minutes for a McFlurry!

Never getting the order right... but last one was a joke, half of it missing and replaced items. Mainly ordering for the happy meal for a child. This time his happy meal was missing completely. Thanks, McDonald's!

Worst McDonalds I've been to for a very long time.Despite the place being nearly empty, an uncomplicated eat in order took 15 minutes to prepare. Server made no attempt to engage, manager spent all of his time chatting to delivery driversFood mediocre, fries were cold and hard, tables left uncleared. Cleaner shouting at people who walked too close to the area that she was cleaning ... She nearly took out my 3 year old grandson with her mop because she wasn't paying attention. Men's toilet smelled disgusting.Won't rush to go again

No milkshakes for months, often give the wrong orders , cold food and expect you to go and find a table and reserve it before ordering it at the screens because they don't have the numbers to use (been like this for over a year) Just a poor poor branch of McDonald's tbh.

50mins wait from ordering for food to be ready, fries cold and burgers barely warm. Staff clearly working hard and doing their best but Deliveroo and Just Eat orders given priority resulting in manager spending more time issuing refunds than anything else. Won't bother again.

Waited for our food at the next window, for at least 10mins, 6 cars went past, just to get COLD fillet o'fish meal, COLD double cheese burger on a hard bun and COLD mozzarella cheese bites. The coke was cold but i expected that ... .

The food was hot and fresh at pick up. Great service as normal. The drive through is normally very quick and using the mobile app makes life that much easier.
