Nando's in Wokingham

I love Nandos and never have a disappointment. These guys are quick once you have placed your orders. The staff are all friendly. If you love chicken thats the place to go 100%

PINK CHICKEN!!we ordered for our family for delivery. They forgot the vegetarian wrap and sides and delivered one of the pitas with pink chicken inside. We called to ask for the missing wrap and replacement pita to be delivered to us as everyone else was already eating their meals, and the store refused to redeliver and just offered a refund for the wrap instead. Also seemed completely nonchalant that my sister's chicken was pink but did offer a partial refund. She said she will be contacting via email with photo evidence, should you care enough to look at it, disappointed as I was really looking forward to a Nando's but as a vegetarian all I could eat was the chips:(

Food spot on really good and piping hot! But staff are so slow and get very flustered

Our first ever visit to a Nando's by my wife and myself. On arrival we were asked if we would like a menu, we received the menu and were shown to the table. We deciphered over the menu and then waited for our order to be taken. After about half an hour we tried to get the attention of a member of staff to take our order, to be told that we had to scan a QR code on our table to place the order online. Had we been told this on our arrival it would have saved us a lot of time. Other than that the food was lovely.

Very clean and quick service probably a little too quick… the main course came out literally one mouthful into our starter?!!! All piping hot and well presented staff were lovely too.

Today nandos announced a chicken shortage due to a supply chain issue. Didn't realise that this would be reflected in the size of the chicken in the burgers. Apart from the portion of chicken, the restaurant had a comfortable and relaxing feel with good service from the staff. 3 stars for portion size, 5 stars for the rest.
