Pizza Hut in Wokingham

Always a bargain to be had if you can collect, seriously it's half price!!! Order online is easy, clearly marked vegan dishes, free 30 mins spaces in front of the take-away.

I ordered from 'Wing Street' on Deliveroo, which turns out to be the 'Wings specialist' branch of Pizza Hut. Absolutely gross. Wedges were almost raw, so inedible. Wings were 'wet and flobby' and the 'chicken pieces' were super dry. Never again.

If you want take away pizza in Wokingham there are three choices you an choose from Papa Jones, Pizza Hut and Dominols all bunched up together. I ended up buying one from them all and i found that Puzza hut is cheap if you need to added stuffings Dominols is a £1.70 more than Pizza hut and. Best one qas from pizza hut. The only thing qas you cant see them making your pizza unlike Dominols.

Shame about all these bad reviews below as we always seem to come back to this Pizza Hut. Had other pizza recently and it’s been not great. We ordered from this Pizza Hut again the other day and it was honestly the best we have had in a long time! Can’t complain about anything

Dire service, over an hour late and when I cancelled it took 3 weeks to get the money back. Use Pappa Johns or Domino's, much better service

i dont event want to give them one star. they are ridicules people. i oder for my kids they deliver half part and their driver dont understand english. when i called in store they said its my problem call uber eat. how thats not your problem if you get the order you have to give carefully.

Worst experience ever. Ordered 3 pizza's, 1 was really burnt and the other 2 slightly burnt. We placed the order incorrectly online for 1 of them. Spoke to the manger and he was most unhelpful and rude.His customer service skills and attitude are not to be desired, he refused to help with our mistake of an incorrect order. Then would only replace 1 burnt pizza. We are new to the area, but after this experience will never order from Pizza Hut Wokingham again!!

BEWARE: Found glass in my Pizza. Informed them and they immediately tried to come and take the pizza. No help, no apology, just take the pizza. They asked for proof and I took a picture of the glass pieces. They said that the picture was not enough evidence. Perhaps a cut mouth was??? No refund, no compensation, no apology. Just-Eat said it was Pizza Hut’s issue, Pizza Hut said it was Just Eat’s issue because it was ordered through them. Prepped and cooked in a Pizza Hut kitchen, but not their responsibility. No blame taken and glass in food potentially available to anybody that day. I still have photo evidence.

31 minutes from order to delivery, very impressive and came on a bike from Deliveroo. So much better then Dominos. The pizza was cooked perfectly and the spicy chicken side was great. Highly recommended.

Not a great experience I’m afraid. Decided to try Pizza Hut delivery for a change over dominos as they offered a discount due to me not ordering from them for a while due to issues previouly. I ordered just one pizza which took 1hr 45min to arrive. When it arrived it was warm at best and the delivery driver actually looked annoyed rather than apologetic. This is advertised as a family friendly run business and I didn’t get that feel. I’m surprised at this level of customer service for such a large chain. They have offered me a free pizza on my next order , but I very much doubt I will bother. They need to do better really and address this problem and perhaps employ some additional delivery drivers at peak times.
